@se29m kelangan po ba sir na 25 muna bago mag apply ng visa app? kasi im thinking na magstart akong magprocess maybe by october. mag 25 po ako sa january 2017. di po ba counted as 25 yun kung sakali?

@stewart if your age bracket is 25-32, 30pts ang age. I think if 18-24, you can only get 25pta for age. Pwede naman magapply kahit 24 ka lang.. If your age is already 25 when you get your invite to apply for a visa, then automatically 30pts yun. So kung october ka magstart, assuming na makuha mo ang ea skills assessment results mo by january 2017, then makakuha ka ng 30 pts for your age..

okay sir. thank you po. :-) first step ko po is to take IELTS dis may or june. if i could get band of 8 in all categories, di ko na po nid mag retake. pero if 7 or 6 lang, magreretake po ako pero sa PTE na. after getting higher score, and reached 60 points, hopefully, pede na po ako mag simula on october. am i heading in the right direction sir?

Tama naman yung initial step namin to have assessment first with VETASSESS?
I am a doctor (General Practitioner) here in the Philippines, paano ba yung sinasabi nila na pwede din magpa-assess yung partner for additional 5 points? Medyo bloody kasi yung process ng assessment for doctors since examinations are required. Or pag nilagay sa form ng husband ko yung occupation ng wife, they will decide if may additional 5 points or wala?

@tiongson_valerie try to do it at the same time. Sa vetassess, you won't need ielts or pte naman.. So concurrently mo na sya gawin. Para pag may positive assessment ka na from vetassess, pwede ka na maglodge ng eoi, kasi tapos ka na din sa english

Yes, tama ang first step is to have an assessment under VETASSESS
You have to know if which nominated occupation best suit uour qualifications then you need to submit an assessment application sa correct assessing body of your nominated occupation if you reall need to claim 5 points. But if confident naman kau that your hubby can get enou points (60) then pwede mo din na hindi i-consider na mag pa assess. And vetassess will not advise if qualified ka for 5points or not. They will only assess your hubby's qualifications.

A: If you meet naman the 60 points requirement, no need for your assessment however if you want to increase the chance na mainvite kaagad that will be beneficial na magpaassess ka na rin.

A: No vetassess will only assess yung applicatioin ni hubby.

Take PTE for better chance na maka 20 points kayo on english tests. Thanks

Hi sa lahat, pwede po ba humingi ng tips for my next step, PR visa application. I am a Civil Engineer pero after passing the licensure exam (December 2014), I have worked as a Building Administration Officer (January 2015 - April 2016).

Currently, temporary visa pa lang ang hawak ko under skilled migration visa subclass 476, we'll make the big move to NSW, Sydney (our first choice) this coming July 2016.

Pwede na po ba ko magpaassess agad sa Engineers Australia with my current score sa IELTS? Yung point system naman na +10 and + 20 for the visa is after mo pa makakuha ng positive assessment diba? ano po mas madali? PTE or IELTS?

Ive been following this thread..tanong ko lng if meron sa inyo chef ang profession na pwede mag share sa process..esp sa skills assessment/practical exam.base in sg din po kami ng hubby. Hubby ko po ang chef and sya po primary applicant in case tuloy po kami mag apply for oz...maraming salamat po!

Gusto po sana namin mag diy pero parang wala kaming confidence na kaya namin hehe

And for the people who had their visa granted, did you submit ctc of your documents? the physical one? or pwedeng scanned copy ng original? nalalabuan kasi ako why yung copy ang scan and not the original :p

Hello po! Yes ipa-ctc po yong original tapos yong certified copies yon po ang i-scan mo to upload on your immiaccount if mag apply kayo online.
