@mylagador may migration agent tab dito sa site. click mo lang for lists of agent that you can engage to help you. Most of us here, hindi na nag agent pero if you think your case is complicated, it is better with agent to avoid errors in the application

Ah really? So it csn be done wiithout agent? How can i do that? Coz ng inquire ako sa mga agents dito, one asked 7.5k aed (or 90k pesos) tapos yong kakilala ko naman 5k aed (60k pesos) ang hingi. Ang mahal.

Hi po ask ko lang kung kailangan ba CTC yong isubmit for EOI. Thanks po. Kasi di ba may skill asessment isubmit ba ulit yong mga docs sa skill assessment dun sa EOI?

@Megger because my first nominated occupation was under csol so i have no choice but to apply under visa 190 kahit na may 65 points na ako. nagpareassessed ako ng occupation under sol kaso lang ang tagal ng result at nainvite na ako ng nsw.

@engineer20. Now I understand! Thanks.. Do we have to resubmit a CTCd copy of docs for the EOI Bro, same as what we did for the skill assessment? Thanks for your prompt response. God bless and best wishes for your Aussy settlement.

@Megger you dont need to submit any docs to create and submit an EOI but you must already have a positive skill assessment and at least competent english. You only submit docs when a you received a state invitation or when you lodged your visa application. You only need ctc for black and white docs but for original colored ones a scanned copy will suffice.

Hello po. I am from Dubai. We are on the process of completing our first set of requirements. I would just like to ask po, after po magbigay ng COE and payslip ng company do I need to go to consulate for stamping or something to prove that the document given by the company is legit? or ready yun na po yung e upload sa account namin? @fpinkk check your assessing body if they require a Certified True copy of your document. If required then you need to have it certified.

No worries, we're here to help! Based on your previous post, mukhang nakapag-research naman na kayo. Parang naguguluhan lang naman kayo kung anong dapat unahin, tama ba? So basically, ganto ang magiging order:

Check if VETASSESS will require a proof of English Language Proficiency. If yes, then IELTS/PTE should be first. If not, then collect other requirements needed for VETASSESS and submit your application for assessment.
Once your assessment is ready, if you don't have IELTS/PTE yet, then take it.
Lodge your SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI). (http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Skil)
Wait for your invitation to apply (ITA) for Visa 189/190.
Lodge your visa application and pay the amount.
Wait for your visa grant.

guys, tanong lang po regarding sa Lodgment,, ex...MARY is the mother(also the primary applicant) and JOHN is the son,,,kung magfifill-out na sa part na para kay JOHN, what is the "relationship to the primary applicant" ?

tama po ba na "SON" yung ilagay namin? or "MOTHER" ?

@fpinkk most of the time they don't. But always be ready kasi there are times na tumatawag talaga sila.. Just inform your references in advance para alam din nila na may tatawag

Hi everyone, my hubby is an electrical engineer with almost 10 years experience. He already passed IELTS and now we are preparing to gather docs for his EA assessment. @se29m Thank you very much for the answer po. That's the problem nga po eh, bitter yung mga tao sa office esp yung receptionist na sasagot and yung office manager. Yung itatanong po ba nila is if dun ka lang nag wo-work or kasali po yung job specifications po? Btw, congrats po sa direct grant nio. 🙂
