To tell you, the 18 months processing time of DIAC is an improved timeline already. As far as I remember, dati 24-36 months yan. And mind you, nowadays, mabilis magprocess ang DIAC so it means shorter than 18 months pa. Example, yung mga nag-lodge online ng Visa 175 nung April 2011 to June 2011, pinaprocess na ngayon or meron ng mga assigned COs. Parang average of 6-8 months lang. Tapos kung makakakuha pa kayo ng state sponsorship, mga 3-4 months lang or mas mabilis pa. Better check my posts sa Processing Updates thread. Naglalagay ako ng trends dun kapag may update na si DIAC ng allocation dates para makita ng mga aspiring and waiting applicants yung speed ng processing.
