may naka try na po ba dito na wlang ibang proof like payslip or income tax at COE lang ung available na proof? My company kasi ako sa pinas dati for 2 years kaso maliit na company at wla na akong payslip at hindi rin hinihulugan ung tax or SSS ko, at nag change pa ito nag company name ngaun. Pero binigyan ako ng COE kaso baka kung e claim ko to ito pa ang dahilan kasi kulang ako sa supporting documents.

@Makaryo can you try having bank statements to show that it is a paid employment? important din ang sss at itrs.. kung wala siguro, you can make a statutory declaration..

Hi How about for Developer/Programmer? estimate points ko is 60 that is kung hindi ko isasama ung partner points na 5pts at kung lalampas na ako sa birthday ko next year which is mag 33yrs old na ako.

Another question, if mag process ako ng IOE this year, like lets say around august/sept which I am still 32 yrs old. Yung 30pts padin po ba dapat ang maclaclaim kong points?

BTW my birthday is on April next year. (turning 33)

@Noodles12 you can claim 30 points for age before you 33rd bday.

@Noodles12 For Developer/Programmer occupations (2613xx), try to get at least 65 points if you want to be invited earlier. Sobrang dami kasi ng applicants kaya pro rated ang invitations. You'll still be invited kung 60 points kaso baka matagalan based sa current trend.

@Nat pwede magsend ng note na nagchange ng details ung company. address, company name or what. ung sa akin wala namang proof na nagchange ng details bukod lang sa iba na ung company name sa COE ko at ung company name sa contract details noon

@Noodles12 Just a reminder lang po, be careful lang po sa age kasi yung kakilala po ng friend namin narefuse because of it. Pasok yung age niya ng EOI tapos nung assessment ng visa eh nag33 na siya, nirefuse.

@psalms5110 ah so pwede pala yung new company na...so ilalagay lang sa coe na iba yung name dati tapos ngayon iba na din...tama ba?yung change from company a to b ..something ganun right? Pero ok ba na coe lang?wala nang itr and payslip?

@Cassey panu nangyari sa case nung friend mo kasi ang linaw ng rule na you must be the same age at the time if invitation to secure the points diba. So if lumagpas na siya sa birthday niya nang wala pang invite should it be na inupdate niya yung EOI niya muna to reflect the change?
