Hello po sa lahat...My clarify lng po sana ako..regarding po sa Partner Skill Qualification in which pwede makakuha ng additional na 5 points, nakasaad po in claiming Partner additional points is "had nominated an occupation on the same skilled occupation list as your nominated occupation", ano po ibig sabihin niyan? Dapat po ba pareho kami ANZSCO codes? Or dapat pareho kami nasa SOL? Considering na ok na po ang ibang parameters.

So kahit engineer hubby ko at iba nman profession ko, as long as pareho kami nasa either SOL or CSOL and ok iba parameters, may additional points na? Tama po ba? Pasensya na kung medyo makulit..saktong 60 points lng kasi kami with partner skills na yan. And wala kami agent. Ng rerely lng po kami dito sa pinoyau forum.

Hi,

I want to apply for Visa 189. Me as main and my wife as dependent.

I just got married this June 14, 2016, so I still don't have our NSO marriage certificate. Both of us are Filipinos. We didn't live in the same house so I don't have the necessary documents as proof for DeFacto.

I lodged my EA assessment last June 17, 2016 and am currently waiting for the results.

Can anyone advise if I need to wait for our NSO marriage certificate before I lodge my EOI?

Will this have complications later on in the process if, for example, I submitted the NSO marriage certificate much much later (sometimes it takes a while for the marriage certificate to be available at NSO) ?

@sylukewicent , no need yet to attach yung Marriage Cert sa EOI, need mo yung kapag nag lodged ka na ng visa application.. You need to know when the marriage contract/cert had been submitted to the local civil registrar..imo

then may fill-up ka na mga questionnaires, bago ka makagenerate ng HAP ID / Referral Letter ( e medical client )

If I understood your question correctly, the marriage contract was also submitted to the local civil registrar on June 14, 2016 (with my, my wife's, pastor's, and witnesses' signature).

@sylukewicent , actually, once you lodged/paid the visa fee, dun ka na mag start ng upload ng mga documents/evidence, once the CO assessed your application and found out na wala pa marriage cert, he/she will ask for it, usually will give you 28 days to provide..if inde ma provide within that timeframe, you will then need to answer bakit ma delay ang pag provide mo nun..hth

Hi guys! Please enlighten me on this:

I am an Electrical Engineer with three years experience. I am 25 years old.

At first, gusto kong mag aral sa Australia so I took the IELTS Academic. Academic kinuha ko para pwede sa dalawa (Student Visa and Skilled Migration, just in case I changed my mind, its like hitting two birds with one stone).

Unfortunately, yung results ko walang points sa point-system ng immigration but pasok siya sa band score na required ng school na papasukan ko which is Tafe Queensland. I'll be taking a Diploma course which will run for 1.5 years only.

Here are my IELTS Academic Score:

L-6.5

R-6.5

W-6.0

S-7.0

After some reflection, I realized that it's better to apply for a skilled visa then mag aaral na lang ako dun if I want to in the future at pag may stable source of money na.

So my question is, okay lang ba sa Engineers Australia yung IELTS Academic ko ang ipapasa ko sa assessment (sana positive, in God's will) tapos ibang IELTS result or maybe PTE result ipapasa ko sa DIBP or immigration when I lodge my requirements?

Hindi ba magkaka cause ito ng problems dahil may discrepancy sa documents ko?

you can use yang unang ielts results mo for EA assessment. since 6 lng nmn ang minimum required.

then sa eoi and dibp, PTE-academic or ibang ielts results ang gagamitin mo para makaclaim ka ng points.. i did that, no issue at all. GB

Thanks sa thread na ito napaka helpful talaga. I'd like to ask lang sana about EOI, kung mag 190 kasi ako I have 55 (wala p yung Language points) pero I assume the plus 5 points for regional nominee (NSW). Ang inquiry ko ay tung relavant years na binigay ni ACS sakin, currently 7.5 years ang sakin that's 10 points, gusto ko sana ma achieve yung 15 points para pandagdag points nalang yung English Test. Sa EOI ba pwede kong iclaim na relevant yung isang experience ko let's from jan 2008 to Jan 2011 pero si ACS sabi nya after July of 2008 ang relevant experience? Magkaka problem ba ko dun? Di ko lang kasi magets baket nag bubutal pa ng months si ACS hihihihi. Thanks in Advance!

Hello everyone! Clarification lang regarding partner's "competent English" requirement. Kelangan ko rin po ba magtake ng English test? Or will the Certification of English as Medium of Instruction from my school suffice?

Husband is PA, BSECE will need to take IELTS soon, then submit CDR to EA. Sa mga nagEA, standard CDR lang ba ang kinuha nyo, or may Relevant Skilled Employment pa (with additional cost)? Gaano katagal ang inabot before lumabas results nung sa inyo (site says 12 weeks)

@towbee Ang alam ko need mag-take ng English exam si partner.
