Tinatry namin i-maximize yung 60 days na deadline sa paglodge ng application dahil sa FBI clearance, at this time ang pinaprocess pa lang daw ng FBI ay requests received 25th April e yung sa akin first week of July dumating, so sa bilang ko so baka by end of September pa lang nila mabuksan tapos dun pa lang magstart yung +12 weeks na processing
So best case ay dumating si clearance by Dec/Jan timeframe na
So willing kaya yung CO magwait ng ganun katagal, if yun na lang pending namin?

28 days once the CO has requested for Police and Medical clearance. In your case, just provide the receipt na nagrequest ka na ng FBI to the case officer so he can give u indefinite extension since the delay is not on your part but FBI's.
