helo po. may tanong lang po ako sa mga nka lodge na. naglodge na din kami nung june 24. tapos yung status sa Immiaccount sa application namin ay Received. pero na notice ko lang ngayon na sa sa lower left corner nang Immiaccount merong box na "Submit Applications". kailangan po b eto iclick? o ok na bang mghintay nlang kami nang kontak nang CO? thanks po nang marami.

yes pede, depende sa CDR mo. EA doesnt require work experience so pwede ka apply kahit walang work experience. u can write about ur University projects.

Hello! Question lang po wala pa kame ITA pero nagtry ako mag register sa immi account. Pero wala sa choices yun subclass 189.

May naka experience na po ba nun?

Or need talaga wait yung ITA at after lang nun pde mag immiaccount? Thanks

hello @maldita27 yup sa Cantonment lang yun, hapon lang pwede magpafingerprinting, pumipirma naman yung officer na nagconduct ng fingerprinting. Sabihin mo lang pang FBI for AU immigration, wala naman sila hiningi na proof.

Tama na move yan unahin nyo na, kakacheck ko lang sa FBI last week, at last week of April requests pa lang pinaprocess nila, yung akin first week of July submitted, so if macompute ko na per week din ang rate nila e mukhang end of September pa lang nila bubuksan request ko then dun pa lang magstart ang 12-14 weeks + shipping pa

ready na kme sa lahat except FBI, kaya mejo dinedelay namin ang paglodge kasi baka mainip ang CO 🙁

Pag less than 1 year nalang po ung validity ng passport sa isa sa mga dependant,ok lang po ba yun? Lets say, example my invite ako next month pero ung passport ng isang dependant valid nalang for 11months?

@Makaryo its okay, you can update them if in case you will have the passport changed/renewed.

pwede ka namn mag create ng IMMI Acc kahit wala pang invite pero indi mo maililink ung EOI mo unless mainvite ka

Been back reading the thread, unfortunately wala ako makita updated procedure, balak ko sana mag DIY kesa mag agent, pero I wanted to make sure na hindi ako nalilito sa mga binabasa ko.

@markusandlucas use this site (https://www.border.gov.au/) getting your official procedure surely its updated. If you have some doubts or confusion you can post your questions here and lot of people who are more than willing to share their experiences.

what is your nominated occupation start from there, and the visa type if skilled independent 189 or state sponsored 190 etc. kasi in each type of visa has their specific guidelines and procedures.

@batman boss tanong lang po kapag sa CSOL lang listed not in SOL ang nominated job ano pong ibig sabihin nun? meaning visa 190 lang not 189 ang pede applyan?

@jhazz01 SOL is skill occupation list- hindi lang 189 ang pede dito,

•independent points-based skilled migration who are not nominated by a state or territory government agency

•a Family Sponsored Points Tested visa

•Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) - Graduate Work stream.

CSOL is consolidated sponsored occupation list hindi lng din 190 may iba pa.

•points-based skilled migration who are nominated by a state or territory government agency under a State Migration Plan

•the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), who must have been nominated by an Australian employer to fill a position in an occupation that appears in the CSOL

• Temporary Work (Skilled) visa (subclass 457)

• Training and Research visa (subclass 402).

@jhazz01 , by the name SOL (Skilled Occupation List) and the CSOL (Consilidated Sponsored Occupation List), yong CSOL ay pinagsamasamang sponsored skill list, kaya pang 190 siya. Yong SOL ay pang 189, it can go 190 if nasa list ng target state mo yong occupation. God bless sa processing mo.
