@lifehouse28, I might be wrong pero yung basa ko sa "dependent" is that he/she must not be older than 18...that or the dependent you are nominating is mentally challenged.

Working age na kasi yung mga kapatid mo so I am not sure if they will qualify as dependents...Sa Australia kasi, age-based ang definition nila...

And they will require na i-medical din sila. Medyo nalito ko nun kasi akala ko kelangan pa imedical yung parents ko din kasi nalagay ko sila sa "non-migrating dependents" nga.. kaya nagtanong ako sa CO ko. Buti na lang mabaet yung CO ko.. sya na naglipat sa "other family members" at hindi na daw kelangan nga imedical parents ko.. same din sa siblings. </i>

Yeah tama si @aldousnow. Although meron din nagpost dito na alam na naman ng CO yun so sila na din magcorrect if ever nagkamali kayo.

hi to all. been back reading the forum ng buong araw.

tanong ko lang po regarding my case. pag state nomination po ba na ang "minimum of 5 years experience" applicable lang for working 5 years in one field of dicipline?

in my case i have been working more than 4 years in telco industry but i also have 1.5 year of experience in project engineering. i been planning to apply for assessment under telecoms engineer which is current nasa SOL ng ilang State. kindly enlighten me on this. thank you

Kahit po iba-iba yun industry mo I think is irrelevant. What matters is closely related yun duties mo and responsibilities sa company dun sa nominated skill / occupation mo.

@rence19, ibang iba ba yung trabaho mo nung unang 1.5 years? Baka kasi hindi iconsider yan sa inonominate mo...Ang habol ng immigration yung nominated occupation mo at kung gaano ka katagal sa trabahong yun...everything outside that field of work is irrelevant to them

thanks po for the sa reply. yung current work ko po ngayon ay nasa telco at mga 4.3 years ako dito. my previous work na 1.5 year more one project management. ECE po ang course ko.

Yup nasa telco industry ka po, pero ano po position/job description mo dun? Same as sa work mo ng 1.5 years (project management). Ano po position/job description? 🙂 Similar po ba ang ginagawa mong trabaho sa 2 company na yun? Dun nyo po malalaman if possible ma-consider yun.

state sponsorship = 5 pts

regional state sponsorship = 10 pts

therefore dapat may 55 or 60 pts ka na para madagdagan ng points pag-approved ang state sponsorship mo.

@skyline, for some states like NSW and ACT, for them to approve your state sponsorship, they will need to see that you will make the 65 point requirement. In short, yung ibang states ayaw nila magbigay ng sponsorship kung nakita lang nila na panakip butas lang yun sa points mo hehe

Hi Loki,thank you sa reply mo.Naku kinakabahan ako baka hindi ako ma approve kung 60 lang points ko.Plan ko sa Perth or Adelaide mag seek ng sponsorship.Kung ganyan yung sistema dapat ata maka 8 ako sa IELTS na napakahirap abutin=c

If you would be applying for a SS sa WA/perth, Wala naman siguro problema kung 55 or 60 points ka pa lang before SS application. Yung sakin kasi 55 points lang yung grade ko nung mag apply ako ng SS sa WA. Na approve naman yung SS application ko.

Mates, I need advise ASAP.

I have undergone medical examination in one of the medical clinics authorized by DIAC in the country where I'm currently residing(SAUDI). Pinagtataka ko po bakit di nila kinuha ang mga forms that I have printed and filled-up (160H and 26EH) instead TRN number ko lang ang kelangan daw. I have insisted to the panel doctor to collect those papers but he told me that everything will be online. I'm wondering paano nila ipapadala ang hard compy results like X-ray , etc, I don't think alam nila ang address where to send.

Ang bilis nga ng approval ng WA SS ko. Nagpasa ako dec. 21, 2011 then the next day approved kaaagad as based dun sa letter of approval na binigay nila. Di ko rin alam kung depende rin sa case ng bawat applicant yung tagal ng processing. Telecommunications engineer yung occupation ko e.
