@mehawk28 yes kong meron kana assessment from assessing body stating that you are employed at a required skill level for your nominated occupation. Dpat din yung migration assessment ng assessing body mo is saying suitable for migration.

@StarJhan nag submit ako health declaration and since naka specify na ung kids ko non-migrating hindi naman nag require ng medical sa kanila. Ako lang..Pero not so sure later on

Hi Guys!

I am a newbie here. This is my first post ever.

I got the interest in applying for the PR Visa when I found my job in ANZSCO.

ANZSCO says I can apply for 190 or 489 Visa.

My job is in CSOL (Supplementary Skill) and currently open in Adelaide SA.

I am aware that jobs under CSOL are not in high demand (pls correct if im wrong).

When I visited the SA Adelaide official migration site, I found out that they require

80points for the Skilled Migrants.

"If you have 80 points (including state nomination points) on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s (DIBP) points test, you will be able to access additional occupations (special conditions and Supplementary Skilled List). " -www.migration.sa.gov.au

As for now, self calculation is I got 65 pts. including the state nomination and the recently pts from my PTE-A (10pts).

When I'm done with my Skills Assessment (VETASSES), my question is: CAN I STILL TRY TO APPLY FOR THE EOI? (though 65pts is far from 80pts)

Im planning to take PTE-A again and will try to get 20pts to make may overall pts 75, but still 80 is the required pts. CAN I GAMBLE THIS AND APPLY FOR AN EOI?

If not, there's no other choice but for me to wait for the other state to open.

My job code is - 599915.

Pls advice me what's the best thing to do.

Follow up question na rin po if ever ma invite need po ba ng bank statement sa visa 190 application? How much po kaya ang ideal amount para hindi siya maging issue sa processing?

@leo23galang check mo sa SOL ang occupation mo kng sino dapat mag assess ng qualification at education mo. yun ang una. if im not mistaken ACS ang assessing body nyo.

yun kasi dapat unahin. then check mo sa assessing body ano requirements need to submit sa kanila para ma assess ka at get a positive assessment to get a corresponding points.

points system ang application sa pag migrate need mo ng 60 points at least para ma invite. basa basa ka lang tapos pag confuse ka tanong ka lang dito

@jhazz01 mas ok gumaa ng EOI kung may skill assessment at english test ka na. para sa visa 190 depende sa process ng sponsoring state kung kailangan ng bank statement.

@michel_75 bakit di nyo na isama agad sa application for PR mga anak nyo? pwede naman na initial entry lang sila at iuwi ng pinas tapos pag established saka pabalikin sa AU. mas mahirap kasi process ng child visa later pag balak nyo na sila pasunurin.
