@jc21 bakit mo dineclare? Normally pag single ka kahit wala ka ideclare na dependent. Sabi sa dibp website kailangan ng medical at police clearance ng lahat ng dependents kahit non migrating. Pero kung ako sa case mo, aantayin ko muna CO contact.

@jc21 yes kelangan. for future kasi pag gusto mo sila I sponsor under family sponsored visa madali na lng. kong di mo kasi I declare di mo sila pede I sponsor.

clarify ko lng po sana yung info above..So, if may hubby is a telecom engineer in which nasa SOL list cia at ako nman ay RN na nasa SOL list, pwede po ba kami maka gain ng additional 5 points for partner qualification? Considering na okay ang other factors like positive skills assessment, age and the like.

Kahit engineer c hubby at nurse ako, as long as pareho kaming nasa SOL ay pwede mag claim ng 5 points? Tama po ba? Or need po pareho na nominated occupation, say, dapat parehong Registered Nurse (Medical)?

@butterfly afaik doesn't have to be of the same nominated occupation.

@butterfly the same skilled occupation list means pag nasa sol yung isa, nasa sol din dapat yung isa. Same as csol, dapat both occupation nasa list. Di pwedeng yung isa nasa sol, yung isa sa csol.

Kailangan din ba mag upload ng Form 1281 - Australian Values Statement (https://www.border.gov.au/Forms/Documents/1281.pdf) pag lodge ng Visa? Hinihingi ba to ng CO?

no other pathway but to pursue your nursing career. Should be RN with English threshold level of IELTS Band Score 7 each test or equivalent, and take bridging course in Australia. It's a tough journey but if others have done it, you can do it too.
