@jaero
Iba po pala talaga ang case niyo sir, long distance and wala pa 12 months. So it's a good initiative na bago pa kayo pagdudahan sinama niyo na mga supporting documents and evidence na yun. Also, dito na kasi papasok yun process niyo. Kasi nag-add ka ng secondary applicants, which were not included during time of lodging.

So para sa amin and @KTP, pag-lodge namin kasama na ang secondary applicants. Kaya marriage certificate lang po talaga ang kailangan. I mean why go through all the hassle when it's not required. Pero syempre po, end of the day, ang may final decision naman ay tayo bilang applicants. Nasa atin kung ano gusto natin isubmit.
Also, itong part na ito...
<i>Partner
If you are legally married, you must include a certified copy of your marriage certificate issued by an official registry office. If you are in a de facto relationship, you must provide evidence to demonstrate that you have been in a genuine and ongoing relationship for the 12 months immediately before making the application, unless there are compelling reasons.
See: Fact Sheet 35 One-Year Relationship Requirement
In all instances, you must provide evidence that supports your claim of a genuine and continuing relationship with your partner.</i>
Yun sinasabi po dyan na "<i>in all instances</i>", yun po ay kadugtong ng statement earlier na. "...<i>, unless there are compelling reasons.</i>. Meaning, you must provide evidence (like yun mga love letters, etc) as proof na genuine and meron kayo long term plans na magsama. And then unless meron compelling reasons, like tutol ang pamilya, etc. In all instances, ibig sabihin kung ano man dahilan meron, kailangan pa din ng evidence to support yun gusto niyo na isama siya as secondary applicant.
