Hi guys! Newbie here..ask ko lng po kc nagsstart plng po kme ni hubby sa pagbabasa about how to apply for visa subclass 189.Ask ko lng po if my need po bayaran s skill assessments and hm? Like for example po c hubby is sa ACS and me CPA nman po ung assessment authority ko.Ask ko rin po if my magkano ang payment for EOi? Thank you so much po sa sasagot. @Crystal24 Yup.. May babayaran na sa skill assessment and depende yung price sa assessing body mo and need nyo ng english exam (IELTS / PTE-A). About sa EOI skill select wala ka pa babayaran d2, once invited ka na dun ka pa lng magbabayad ng visa. Meaning lodging of visa na yun and yun na yung final stage din before your visa grant.

Australian study requirement

Does the client meet the Australian study requirements for the Skilled Migration

points test? I answered "NO" -> this pertains if we have Uni experience in Aus right? Not with the AQF equivalent?

correct, no dapat. that's for those who have studied in Australia, at least 2 years.

Tanong lang sa pagfo-front-load ng documents:

Medyo naguguluhan ako. Kaka-submit ko lang ng EOI (Visa 189/190).

Habang naghihintay ako ng ITA, maia-upload (front-load?) ko na ba kaagad 'yung mga supporting documents ko for EOI?

----> Kung "oo", saan ko siya dapat i-upload? Gumawa din ako ng Immi account, kasi akala ko dito inu-upload yung supporting docs, pero wala namang Visa 189/190 application sa nakita ko.
----> Kung "hindi", ang mangyayari ba talaga e, hihintayin mo lang 'yung ITA bago ka makapag-upload ng supporting documents for the EOI, tapos ang "frontloading", e, ibig sabhin lang, kahit hindi pa hinihingi nung case officer (CO) yung document, binibigay mo na?

@pakjo pwde ka lng mag upload or frontload ng docs pag invited ka sa eoi 189 190... merong list of docs required sa website ng borders au pag invited ka na.. provide mo lng lahat para malaki chance ng direct grant

follow up question na rin..kasi kinausap ko yung pinsan ko from AU and she said na ilagay ko na lang raw yung full employment details ko talaga kasi iche-check naman ng CO yung assessment letter from ACS at sila na dw yung mag-count ng relevant experience ko..besides, di naman mkaka-apekto yung pagbawas ng 2 years sa experience ko..same points pa rin makukuha ko..ano sa tingin mo sir @engineer20 ??hehe..

chineck ko actually kung May 2010 mag-umpisa yung work experience ko 65pts pa rin yung nasa last page ng EOI before submit..hehe

regarding points in EOI: i think it's safer to under-claim the points than over-claim them.

worst case pag nag under-claim ka ng points e ganito:

CO: bakit sabi mo dito 55 points ka lang, e 60 ka talaga?

vs.

CO: bakit sabi mo dito 60 points ka, e 55 lang pala?

ano mas gusto nyong scenario? hehe...
