Yes marriage cert is enough @cliffhanger82 .Evidence of genuine relationship is only applicable for De-Facto. In your case, your status is married

Guys recently we were contacted by our CO and asked for additional information (Certificate of Clearance) which we already provided 2days ago. Current status is "Assessment in progress". Gaano ba katagal usually before makareceive ng grant?

sir @Superched depende na po talaga sa CO.. may mga ilan akong timeline na nakita, after 5 days to 2 weeks of providing what is asked nakaka receive na. may iba naman tumatagal ng 1-2 months.. wait and pray nalang talaga ang magagawa natin.. 😉

@tsenrejean24 based sa experience namin for visa 189 depende raw sa doctor ung gagawin n tuberculosis test. Pwedeng skin test or pwede rin blood test. Pero ung child namin is 2 yrs old and 9 mos.. skin test lng ang pinagawa ng doktor.

Dapat skin test na nga lang rin pinagawa ko, ang tagal ng result ng IGRA(blood test). Mag skin test nalang kayo 🙂

Sa pag-upload po ng docs, ano po ba dapat ilagay sa description??parang redundant na kasi kung document type is birth certificate na nga tapos sa description, "birth certificate" rin yung ilalagay..hehe..

oh my gulay nga pala mga sir/mam..nag-try akong mag-upload kagabi ng isang doc (birth certificate) tsaka isave ko lng sana muna..di ko alam automatic upload na pala agad yun.. T_T postpone ko na lng muna ang uploads ko until maclear ko na lahat ng tanong ko..huhuhu

Hi, i received my invitation to apply for visa after my state sponsorship got approved from SA. I am gathering all the requirements needed until i saw the recent changes. My occupation is sales representative medical and pharmacetical.

Can i still apply for visa? Invitation is valid until april 30.

But my occupation was removed already, am i safe since i am approved for state nomination and has invitation?

South Australia removed some occuoations for high point categories and with immediate effect. I believe this is just for nomination. Approve na po yung akin, ok lang po ba to lroceed eith visa application? Invitation is validu til apr 30

Ang alam ko, any changes after ka mabigyan ng invitation is not applicable sayo. So pag nag lapse/expire yung invite, say May na. At hindi ka nag apply, hindi ka na maiinvite ulit since wala na sa list of occupation nila.. @kisses1417

c) Evidence of work experience-overseas

@kisses1417 since nabigyan ka na ng approval from SA before, I think hindi ka kasama sa bagong changes. I think ur safe to push through with ur visa application.
