Good day everyone! Sa visa 189 po ba, pwde na ang 60 points? or need talga na more than 65? sa mga signature nyo po kasi halos lahat 65 or more...Pwde po ba na hindi na magclaim ng points sa language?

@treasure1109 puwede naman 60. i only needed 60 pts to apply pero very niche ang oocupation ko kaya di madami nag-aaply pero syempre the higher the better at sa ibang occupation na sobrang mabenta like ICT and Accountant eh mas mataas ang needed kasi mas madaming nag-aapply.

SOL is now replaced by MLTSSL(Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List)

while

CSOL is now replaced with STSOL(Short-term Skilled Occupation List)

Alphabetical na for ease of reference. STSOL has no separate list, once viewed, it will give you the list together with the MLTSSL occupations.

@kisses1417 i think this will apply only to future applicants, for those with invites and lodge the visa already the old rule applies.

sa 457 lang naman sila naghigpit,

i dont think na may problema sa 189/190...

ang pinaka impact sa 189/190 siguro is the limited occupation as reduced in the MLTSSL....

hello, good day. newbie here. Would like to ask lang po for your help. Not really sure if may post na regarding this, haba na kasi ng thread baka namiss out ko na din, but im listing it down again for verfication purposes. hehe I'm planning to apply din po for a 189(or 190?) and already did a few research, just want to check if tama po ba yun magiging flow/procedure ng application ko. Baka po kasi nagbago o mali yun gawin ko hehe 🙂

Skills Assesment (ACS)
- Provide required docs, pay and wait for result
PTE/IELTS
- Can be done simultaneously with Skills Assesment
- Take exam and hope for a good result
- I was told to take PTE than IELTS. tama po ba?

While waiting for the Skills assesment and PTE results, i can prepare docs needed for SkillSelect/Submission of EOI

Create SkillSelect Account
Upload all docs in SkillSelect. Once complete, submit EOI.
Wait for invitation to apply for a Visa

Isa lang po ba mapipili either 189 or 190? or pwede both categories? Iba po ba process if 190 ang aapplyan?
Im a bit confused dun sa ANZSCO descriptions, kung ano yun dapat ko mapili for me. Not sure if Software Engineer or Developer Programmer. Parang same kasi sila kahit sa description sa document. hehe Currently my title is a Software Engineer/Programmer and I do Business Intelligence and Datawarehousing. San po kaya ako dapat macategorize?

If may namiss po ako or may gusto kayo idagdag sa notes or sa steps ko, please do let me know. Your comments, tips and answers are very much appreciated.

just hope for the best...

ako nga tormented in waiting, jan 19 pa ako nag lodge.... kasabayan ko from saudi na grant na last week... ako na lang natira... ewan hanggang kelan eto... kaka frustrate, halos every 30 minutes nag rerefresh ako email, hoping.....

@kisses1417 thanks 🙂 uu, 3 kami... mayrun iba dito as fast as 7 days... feeling ko, ang secret para mabilis ay ifrontload lahat ng docs kahit feeling mo hindi na kailangan or baka hindi hanapan. Gusto ko sana mgmedical before lodging pero hindi ko makita ung health declaration something, kaya nglodge na lng ako then appointment ako kaagad sa Nationwide.

Oic. Ako naman dahil dito sa pinoyau, dun ko nalaman yung myhealth declaration. Thnaks to this forum and also for recomending Nationwide. Agree, frontload na lahat. I dont know kung need ko ba icount ang holy week. Minsan iniisip ko, dedmanhin ko na lang kunwari wala ako hinihintay pero ang hirap pala talaga. Subconciously you cant help but to check your email every time @MikeYanbu . Malapit na yan. Kapit lang 🙂 God is bigger than our worries.
