Hello, ask ko lang I'm planning to include my wife for PR processing, kaso when she was in college she got involved in a trouble kasi. Misconduct. Makaka affect kaya yun sa pag apply namin? Since may record na sya sa police? Thanks

@imac according MSA booklet Section D, page 28 it states:

<i class="Italic">Be aware that only work experience gained

after completion of the qualification supporting

your nominated occupation will be recognised.

<b class="Bold">Work experience gained prior to or during your

studies will not be assessed as relevant.</b></i>

@justice143 nka try na ba kumuha nang wife mo nang NBI clearance previously, ano nka indicate? kng cleared yung record nya sa NBI, for sure walang prblma sa application nyo. good luck

@justice143 , nakakuha naman na sya ng NBI before? since college nangyari yan, malamang menor de edad pa sya nun..di ata kasali yan..

@jiomariano hindi naman required ang photo. In my case, ngupload lng ako kasi ung mga friends ko na nandun na sa oz, ngupload cla. Inilagay ko sa birth or age, evidence of. Under others.

Yes.. under character evidences.. meron dyan national police clearance ..meron kasi local at national. @thatbadguy

I'm already in Australia for nearly four months now. Kailangan ko pa bang kumuha ng police clearance dito? I still have my Philippine NBI Clearance with me though which I got last October 2016 and has a validity of 1 year so it will expire this October 2017.
