If thats the case so dalawa ITA mo ngayon 190 at 189? Judt choose which one u will proceed pareha lang naman pr visa ang dalawa ang 189 independent visa lang compared sa 190 na state sponsored. ^^ so one of the ITAs u will let go. ^^ good luck!

Hi everyone, anyone here who is over 45 or above age requirement but was still successful to have a state nominated visa? Is this still possible? I am turning 45 this November and I am hesitant to take IELTS exam now because by the time I have completed my EOI and just in case I will be fortunate to be invited to lodge a visa application, I may be 45 already which is 0 points sa point system nila. Hope to hear any advice with the same experience or with knowledge on my concern. Thank you.

Good day, I am targeting for Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189). May problema kasi ako hindi ko alam paano ako makakapagsimula. Below are my scenario. IE grad po ako sa MIT intramuros.

Option 1

Occupation code 233511 (Industrial Engineer)

Assessment by EA

Problem : No relevant experience for the last 7 years.

Option 2

Occupation code 261112- Systems Analyst

Assessment by ACS

Total relevant experiance of 7 years (as of writing)

Problem: Educational qualification is that of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer.

I have been reading and found that I can submit RPL via ACS. I am worried about the work deduction itself. Please enlighten me to know which bests what. Thanks.

To those who would like to update their passport details where there is a name change.

929@border.gov.au ---> exclusive to those who are currently in Australia

929.update@dfat.gov.au ---> exclusive for visas processed in London

immigration.manila@@dfat.gov.au ---> applicable especially to those who are in the Philippines. It takes time to update. It's more than a week and they haven't change the details.

immigration.southeastasia@@dfat.gov.au ---> Took them less than 24hrs to update.

Name will not change but the new passport number will now be associated with the visa grant number.

Hi @rosch! Tama ba understanding ko, above details are only applicable sa mga nakapag-lodge na ng visa or na-grant na ng visa? Hindi kasama dito yun nag-change ng passport during submission ng EOI?
