@HeyThereMaddie not sure kung may nag-advise na sayo ng ganito re: COE from your previous company, but I just want to share yung ginawa ko. One of my past companies closed down na & hassle kontakin ex-boss ko & dating HR for COE with JD. I read somewhere here in pinoyau in past posts na you can get an ex-colleague to write you up a COE with JD, better kung mas mataas syang position sayo when you were working there together. Importante kse JD kse that's one of the ways they assess kung maca-count yung years of employment with that company under the occupation na inapplyan mo. So I got a friend from that company who happened to be a manager then, wrote how he knew me as a colleague, and a bullet-point list of my JD. At least 5 points advisable ata, if I'm not mistaken. Take note, the JD should match your nominated occupation.

Ayun, nag-work naman. Approved V189 & now living in Brissy for >2 years now. =)

Hi @seestra, @RheaMARN1171933 or anybody can you advise me on this matter, here is my case Nakagawa na ako ng Statutory letter at approved na sa ACS with 6 years deduction and currently working with the same company for 11 years now but in my 11 years, 6 years duon is the same JD that matched with my nominated occupation, in my 7 to 11 years nag iba yung position ko but somehow na i-relate ko naman yung current experience/JD ko sa nominated occupation na inilagay ko sa Statutory letter ko nung kumuha ako last year, may problema ba sa point system sa DIBP pag nag claim ako for my work experience?

Tanong lang po regarding sa Date of Effect ng EOI. Nagsubmit po kasi ako ng EOI ay Dec 6. Then nagbirthday po ako nitong Jan 7. Nagrecalculate po yung system pero wala nabago sa pts ko. Pero yung DOE po ay naging Jan 7. Pano po kaya yun sa ITA? Dec batch ako o Jan batch? Thank you!

Hello. Regarding sa documents as evidence.. pano po kung ang meron lang ako ay soft copy at wala akong hard copy ng document, kailangan pa ba i cert true copy un? O enough na un soft copy ko as evidence? Yung soft copy ko scanned naman sya talaga ng original, yun lang wala sakin un orig na papel. Ty

Hello. Ganito po kasi ang case ko, my 25th birthday will be on may. Kung isusubmit ko po ang EOI ko ngayong january, ok lang po bang ideclare ko na 25 na ako? Since aabutan naman ang birthday ko habang di pa ako naiinvite. TIA

@beetle00 don't. False info yan pag ganun. If you submit your eoi now mag uupdate naman points automatically by april. I envy you haha nagiisip na rin ako ng paraan para mag 25 agad cause I just turned 23 this month.

@beetle00 no, that's not ok at all. It's not even possible because when you enter your date of birth the system will calculate your age automatically.

Guys, so eto ang dilemma ko. We're aiming for partner skills at eto ang magiging scenario, hoping for your inputs.

Primary applicant ako 233513 pro-rata occupation - 65 points before May and 70 points after May
Secondary applicant ako, 233211 non-pro rata occupation - 65 points

Anong path po ang may chance kaming mainvite?

@bluerocky I suggest kung ano yung assessment ng ACS as to the no. of years experience mo in that occupation, yun din ang i-declare mo sa application mo para safe. Good luck!

@Grifter Nung nag-apply ako, most of the docs na sinubmit ko where just colored scanned copies, some not even notarised/certified. Tinanggap naman.
