Yup ganun din ginawa ko, was honest with the HR department wala naman naging problema. Straight out sinabi ko for migration purposes. Twice kasi ako nanghingi. First is for the ACS, then after few months hingi ulit ako for Immigration department naman. 🙂

Hello po!

Bago lang po ako dito, nag iipon pa ako ng informations regarding my application, nag nonosebleed na ako hehehe.BTW po, Electrician po ako, ang plan ko na aplayan since close na ang Family Sponsored, baka try ko ang Skilled- Nominatde or Sponsored (subclass 489) na visa.

I am married po with 2 kids. Naisip ko lng kung possible kaya na, ako lng mag-apply for visa, is it possible kaya?Sino na po may experience sa ganun, tpos saka na lang request ang family pag stable ka na.

^hi jamchai08 yes very possible na ikaw ang main applicant and gawin mo lang dependent ang spouse mo and 2 kids. Bsta mameet mo lahat ng requirements ng DIAC. 🙂

tama po si @stolich18. kayo na lang ang main applicant at gawin nyong secondary applicant/dependents ang wife and kids nyo. same lang rin naman po babayaran nyo kahit mag-isa lang kayo magapply or may mga dependents. 🙂

Hi to all! Bago lang po akong member sa forum na to.

Yung husband ko po nagsubmit sa ACS last June16 ng requirements. As of today, ang status ay nasa authorized assessor parin. Ang worry po namin, ang nilagay namin dun sa application form (ACS) ay Network Admin. (ANZSCO code 263112). It turns out, wala na sya sa new list (SOL 1 & SOL 2) effective July 1, 2012. Anyone with the same experience? Any views sa possible na mangyayari? Sayang di kami umabot.

Originally, we're eyeing for the skilled sponsored visa since nasa Sydney na relatives namin. But since iba na nga ang policies, I'm thinking if we try to apply for the state sponsorship...do you have links po sa SOL ng different states? preferrable NSW sana since nandun na nga mga relatives namin..? THANKS PO for the help!!

Thanks sir bryann! I've already checked, wala relevant occupation for him under the skilled regional sponsored migration...pero dun sa skills required nakalagay naman yung Systems Administrator, mukhang pasok naman sya dun..kaso nakalagay updated Sept 2011, sana applicable parin..

Sir, san pong sites makikita naman yung skills for other states? kahit na di sa NSW, pwede naman siguro..hmm..pahirapan na talaga..TNX PO

Thanks po! Tinignan ko po isa-isang state, hehe..

Dun po sa South Aus, nandun po sa Occupation list nila and Network Admin..so, kahit wla po dun sa DIAC SOL pero kung nsa state sponsorship naman yung occupation, pwde state sponsorship nalng ipursue namin,tama po?? Kasi Network Admin po yung nailagay sa ACS (June nasubmit, as of now nasa assessor parin), pero sa new SOL, wla na sya.. 🙁 originally kasi dapat sponsor kami ng Tita ko na nandun na sa Aus.. ngayon iba na nag policy.. 🙁 thanks po!

Reply to @meg04: it looks like you're confused with the SOL Sched 1 and CSOL schedule 2..

In short, if your husband's skill is Network Admin - 263112, i can see it in CSOL schedule 2, that means pwde qualified sa Visa 190 or 489 ang application nyo..

And yes, Visa 190 is state sponsorship...

hay, maraming salamat po! nakahinga ako ng maluwag kasi nasa CSOL schedule 2 parin pala yung occupation ng husband ko..pwede parin pala kami i-sponsor ng tita ko (visa 489), kaso yun nga lang, valid for 4 yrs lang yung visa..unlike yung visa 190, can work & live permanently anywhere..kaya iconsider narin siguro namin yung state sponsorship..salamat po! basta wait nalang muna namin yung result from ACS and magreview narin ng IELTS..hehe
