so if may hindi ka isasama sa application mo na spouse or children, then saka mo sya i-yes.

Pero pre, may choices kasi sa dropdown on "Relationship to the primary applicant".

At included sa choices are Parents, Brother, Sister, etc.

@NoelRubio not sure about dyan, pero i-no mo na lang para di complicated, As you've seen in this forum, yung mga nag tick yes nyan na ininclude either parents or siblings, ay hiningan ng docs at baka pati medical.

Sir, I'm done with my bridging program and i got my registration na. I just have a question with regards to lodging ANMAC. do they always ask for your payslip and BIR? kasi I had 1 year experience in the philippines na part time, and parang cash on hand lang kami kasi sa province yung hospital ko. di ko naman kelangan yung points, i just wanna know if i'll be aprroved by ANMAC kung ganito situation ko. thank you

@ceinau15 it's really up to you. If you don't want to risk the possibility of being required to do health check again due to validity of your exam results, safe to wait until the case officer asks for it. Read the link below to help you understand.

@ykseihpos dapat ask mo sa company mo detailed COE. Meron dapat HR nyo nun.

@RejNaix11 if its within the last 10 years, you have to declare just tick not claiming points.

@batman Actually, not a lot of companies give out detailed job description sa COEs. Especially yung mga malalaki ng company.

For @ykseihpos , just ask your supervisor or anyone you worked with na higher ang position sayo to create a statutory declaration.

@deaddisco I'm not exactly sure why I keep on seeing COE in this forum. I never ask my clients to provide COE but employment reference letter instead. COE is just merely confirming you are employed by the company. That's not what you need. You need an employment reference letter signed by HR or supervisor providing details needed for your application regarding your employment. We usually help clients draft the letters before asking their employers to sign.
