kong ang apply mo is 489, di ka ma consider sa 190. pero like in TAS if your case is that good they have a clause there in their website that they might offer 190.

On other state like NT, pede ang application sa 190 ends to 489 offer, just like what happened to my application.

Hello po. Sa mga nakapag bayad through credit card pero mabba ung credit limit sa fees, paano po kau nagprocess ng “overpayment”?

nag advance transfer ako ng enough amount to cover the visa fees. e.g ang limit mo is 100K lng. visa fee mo is 200K, nag transfer ako sa CC ko ng another 100K to accommodate the total amount of 200K. Also make sure that your daily transaction limit is enough to cover the total amount of transaction. May CC kasi na pwede mo I control ang daily transaction mo to certain amount lang , like 10K per day max, for safe reason if in case mawala mo card mo.

Ang target po sana nya is sa QLD pero short sya sa points 75 pts ang minimum.

Since short sya ng points, advice ng agency nya is magpaassess ulet sya this time sa TRA for 313199 ICT Support Technicians nec.

Mas ok ba na magchange sya ng skills? or stay na lang sya sa ICT Support Engr?

if changing the occupation will increase his chances to get an ITA I think that's a good thing. Also its the agents advice, so more often than not, their advice is for the benefits of their client.

@aranayad @batman I agree, I think his agent would know better in the end unless he doesn’t trust him. If so, what’s the point of keeping the agent? Isn’t he paying the agent to guide him to the best path? That’s the purpose right?

hindi ako migration agent pero nakita ko kase na $1000 ang Migration Skills Assessment Fee. if your uncle can diy, makaka-save sya ng $500.

processing fee palang pala yun! makakasave sya ng $1500 kung mag diy sya. anyway, that's just my opinion. 🙂

@aranayad @patotoy be very careful dealing with TRA. They want decision ready documents to be submitted so if they aren’t satisfied with the documents supplied, they won’t bother to chase you to clarify things unlike other assessing bodies. They’ll just assess the application as negative. Note that with the whole process, it’s not just about saving costs, it’s also making sure you’re doing things properly. Otherwise, you’ll end up wasting further fees as well as time.
