however, same time kami ng wife ko nagsubmit ng documents, pero siya walang notification.

hey guys. question: may napansin ako na mistake sa marriage cert. namin, there is a "JR." affixed on my name at the bottom and sa signatory, but at the top and everywhere else(birth cert., passport, etc.), tama naman.

i was wondering, is this a big deal? kapag sinubmit ko to sa visa application, magkakaproblem kaya? my concern is 2-3 months daw ang processing, ayoko sana madelay eh.

in any case, pupunta ako bukas sa city hall to get it sorted. just thought i'd ask baka lang may makapag advise, thanks!

Hello May concern din po ako sa name.. malaki po ba impact neto.

In my birth cert, since ang nklagay ay given name, middle name at surname

Pedro / Gener / Cruz Jr

So sa educ certs ang Jr ay npunta nrin sa family name.

Sa passport po ung suffix npunta na sa given name as below

Given: Pedro Jr

Middle: Gener

Surname: Cruz

malaki po ba impact neto?

all my employment related docs and tax records ay bearing na ang passport details.

@Hendro and @tofurad. Just to share, Na CO contact yung sister ko just because one of the letter in her name looks like letter 'o' when its supposed to be letter 'e' sa birth cert nya. (typewriter pa kasi so medyo hinde clear). And she needs evidence to proove na same person yung lahat ng nakalagay sa papers nya esp main docs like birth cert, passport, marriage cert, etc..

So if you want to avoid CO contactbetter sort out your papers first or try to submit it in a way na hinde maguguluhan yung mag handle ng case nyo.

Hello po Ms. @RheaMARN1171933, I need your advice. Naglodge kami ng visa on Aug 1, then my husband (dependent ko) started a new work on Aug 6. We frontloaded all documents including Form 80 and 1221. Do I or does he need to submit Form 1022 (change of circumstance)?

In my case I received an e mail from skill select when I got my invitation. Sabi congrats you received an invitation to lodge visa bla bla.... to view the invitation please click link ....tapos sa skilleselect log in page ka na dadalhin.

dun sa 3 times na nagappear ung name ko sa marriage certificate, ung unang instance complete and tama (walang "JR."), pero dun sa 2 other instance complete rin pero may nadagdag kasi na "JR."... balak ko talaga ayusin, pero gusto ko parin sana magproceed, tapos to follow nalang.

thanks for sharing. naresolve na ba nya ung issue? balak ko magproceed parin sa EOI process and magattach nalang ng affidavit of discrepancy (one and the same person). i wonder if she did the same and hopefully okay naman ung kanya.

@Hendro this will be a red flag for me once my staff escalates your case to me for review before lodgement. All identity docs should be consistent, any discrepancies, I tell my client to provide further evidence to prove consistency.
