@ced tama ka dyan. ako na nga yata ang may pinaka matagal na journey sa apply e. 2016 pa ako. I first aim for 189, pero walang dumating. I tried 190, wala din. When I saw an opportuninity for 489 I tried it too, ayun dumating si 489. now waiting na lng ako ng grant. hopefully soon dadating na.

Ngayon ko lang naalala na may US visa refusal ako back in 2002 when I was still a minor. Need ko po kaya magupload ng change in incorrect answers na form para baguhin answer na yun? Thank you po.

@1618 you always need to be truthful to your answers as everything you provide the immigration is considered legal documents. That’s all I could say.

are not married to each other

have a mutual commitment to a shared life to the exclusion of all others

are in a genuine and continuing relationship

live together or do not live separately and apart on a permanent basis

are not related by family.

Hi guys, i'm a newbie here and just starting to process my application for Visa 189.

I don't have enough knowledge with the procedures and requirements yet, just reading and researching to be 100% sure that I am doing the right thing. I'm a CompSci Grad and currently working as a System Admin..

I had a 3 years System Support experience on my previous employer and 2 years and 5 months on the current.

My question is... do you think it is better if I will submit my requirements to ACS for skills assessment on May 2019 so i already have 3years working experience on my current role? Or i can submit it now? Which do you think is better?

And if May 2019, can i already request for a copy of my employment evidence from my previous employer? Is it still valid? I also sent them an email and inquire if possible to include my duties and responsibilities on my COE. they agreed but i should be the one who will provide all the informations to them. 😃

@chyrstheen Wow! Ok thank you sa info. Will check sana nga hindi masyadong madelay. Okay lang sana wag yung mapa-form 815 na 6 mos lang validity ng medical. Balak na namin ng partner ko magpamedical this weekend.

@milktea13 may isa pang pa-medical sa makati sa NHSI alam ko bukas sila saturday pero halfday lang sa morning

Ang trick sa medical is to go the earliest. St Lukes at least 4 countries ang hinahandle niyan last I’d been there... maaga-aga na akong pumunta pero tanghali pa rin ako natapos 🙂)

@jamzy12 the earlier you process the better.

assessments are valid for 2 to 3 years.

its an employment reference that you need which includes mostly all what are the needed information for assessment as COE does not include all details you need. try browsing the net are for more details or here in the forum. You need to spend time in research if your are doing it your own.

@batman thank you 🙂 gusto ko na nga iprocess un sa acs assessment 🙁 kaya lang para sana mabuo ko un 3years ko.. ang hirap nga ng diy.. 🙁 pero i plan to start this nman january 2019.. nagstart lang ako magprep.. para everything is ready na tlga pagstart ko 😃
