Reply to @Rhapza_21: ang skills assessment po requirement pa din para makapag-lodge kayo ng EOI sa skillselect. magkaiba po sila. so depende po sa nominated occupation nyo, meron pong specific na assessing party. for IT, it's ACS; for Engineers, it's EA; and some other groups for other occupations. check nyo na lang po kung san po kayo dapat magpa-skills assessment. 🙂

@hotshot salamat..Honga nabasa ko actually concerned ko na lang yung COE dun sa nirerequired nila na nakalagay per week, per hour kase mukhang malabo ko maayos yun kase di nagbigay yung company ko ng ganun details. It's just normal COE lang nakalagay pero kumpleto naman ako.. ayun lang salamat po ulet!!!!

a) online po ang application ko ung transaction reference number un po ang hinahanap ko pa 🙁

b) ako po ang nag submit ng application ko sa DIAC

c) maliban po sa 399 dollars nagbayad din po ako ng 2,105 dollars (non refundable) para po sa visa yun. Nakalagay po ung details ng payment sa Form No. 1276

Reply to @lock_code2004: after na mahabang pagbabasa.. naintindihan ko din po ang application ko is not online, paper po ang application ko kaya wala syang TRN instead may assigned file number for me TRIM FILE REFERENCE: BCC2009/82319, I dont know where I should follow up my application, ung agent ko po hindi ko na macontact ung website nila may problema yata 🙁

Hi! I am not sure kung natanong na ito previously.

My husband is the main applicant (engineer ang work so pasok sa SOL) however, we're thinking na magpa-assess din ako. the problem, my line of work (tourism industry) hindi pasok sa SOL. QUESTION: 1. Yung partner assessment ba eh may malaking push sa point system? 2. Given the above scenario, pwede pa din ba ako magpa-assess and leave the skills part with zero point and bumawi ng bongga sa other parts? or it is REALLY A MUST na yung skills/work eh pasok sa SOL?

Graduate po ako ng BS Civil engineering ngunit ang trbho ko po ay Planning Engineer(moslty my experience).. Pkiadvisan nman ako mga Sirs/Ma'ams kung pede p rin ako sa Civil Engineer code 233211? kahit na ndi purely civil engineer ang experience ko... maraming salamat po in advance....

several things to remember:

1) partner's skill assessment is additional 5 pts..

2) both of your nominated occupation <u></u><b>SHOULD</b> come from the same SOL schedule..

3) of course, you can get other points, if you can prove that with your documents..

Reply to @durst_07: as i suggest always, please check ANZCO code job description... if you think you have that skill and you can demonstrate that with your experience and the cert of employment/job description.. then you are good to go...

Reply to @its_lein: i dont think the australian embassy in the philippines can help you.. dahil ang processing ng mga papers ay nasa either adelaide or brisbane (based dun sa website link)...

may telephone number din dun.. baka pwede mo din tawagan...

The date says,

a) all application for Visa 475 normally can be allocated with a CO after 4 weeks of lodgement (Priority 3) ..

b) applications from Jan13,2012 onwards eh wala pa CO, that means all application before that date eh meron na dapat CO..(Priority 4)

c) Priority 5 processing has not commenced yet...

2009 pa po ang application nyo.. so kung tutuusin.. dpat meron na kayo CO..

one question po, state sponsor po ba kayo? or relative sponsored?

Ask ko lang po...

1.) kung ano po ba ang nominated skill na nakapasa dapat po ba yun din ang magiging work mo sa oz? Kc ang hubby ko po ay architect at nakapasa sya sa architectural draftsperson skill assessment sa vetassess. Pero ang problem ang arki draftsperson ay nasa CSOL na ngayon. Plano po nya mag pa assess again as Project builder kc nasa SOL1 po ang skill na yan, kaso nag aalangan sya kc hindi nya gusto na project builder ang maging work nya sa oz. Pwede po ba na mag pa assess sa project builder pero iba ang work pag dating ng oz?

2.) Total 60 points lang po ang makuha ng hubby ko. Kasama napo dyan yung nasa dulo na "family sponsorship = 10 points"...kapag isama po ba namin yang 10points ng family sponsorship, dapat po ba na subclass 489 visa ang i-apply or pwede po kami sa 189 dependent?

1) pwede po magwork ng iba other than the nominated occupation.. The skill assessment/nominated occupation is for the purpose of DIAC's assessment only.. A person can have several skills, but DIAC's requirement is to nominate only one..

If for example a person is both an Engr and an Accountant, thgy can only nominate one occupation, Assuming he nominated Engr (for visa purposes), that doesn't mean na hindi na sya pwede magwork as an acct pagdating sa AU..

You can work for any other job aside from your nominated occupation..

2) Kung kulang ang points nyo, mas kailangan nyo ng sponsorship...

yes if you want to apply for family sponsorship in designated area (with additional 10 pts), this is for visa 489.

Visa 190 po - nominated by state is only 5 pts

Visa 189 is independent..

Reply to @lock_code2004: family sponsored po ako. and nakalagay po sa letter ng DIAC nasa PRIORITY 5 ang visa ko 🙁 and tama po kayo tumawag na din ako dito sa makati wala sa kanila ang papers ko nasa australia. Tatawag po ako this Monday sa Adelaide. thank you po ha, dahil sa inyo alam nyo ung feeling na lumiliwanag kung anu ung dapat kung kasunod na gagawin. Thank you po and promise i'll keep you posted tungkol dito.
