•is under 45 years of age

•has competent English

•has an occupation that is on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated occupation

•has been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as having suitable skills for their nominated occupation

•is coming to Australia with you

•is not an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

based on the above it only requires suitable skills assessment not employment assessment per my understanding.

@lashes hi po. Makikigulo, hehe. Ano po ang ipapa assess ni hubby kay EA, IE po ba? Kung tama ang alala ko dapat ang career ep ay for the past 10yrs, at kung hndi po IE ang work nya, pano nya masasatisfy ung skills nya as IE?

Pero meron pala ko nabasa dito nuon na ang career ep ay based sa school project at in-acknowledge naman ni ea, di ko lang sure kung pwd pa un ngayon/ kung pwd din ganon gawin ni hubby

Bale ang worry ko po kc same field kme ng asawa ko, Archi po preho pero ID po sya ngpasa, ako po same nya my ID experience may Archl. Pero ako po within 10 years prng ns 4 years lng po ung ngtrabaho akonpgpinagsamasama. Nagstop stop dahil po sa babies. Pagnanganak. Tas meron po dun ID my Archi.

Tanong ko po, may mkuha p kya akong points sa Vetassess kung mgpapaassess? Isa po s naiisp ko ung magsuperior sa PTE ung asawa ko para maharak kme ng dnko mgpaassess. Any idea po.

@imau my understanding pag positive skill assessment si partner maka claim ng points regardless how many years of experience unless pag vetasses yata na require na nag work para may positive assessment.

hey guys, quick question: ano ung correct na pagfillup ng GIVEN NAME sa EOI?

ex.

PASSPORT:

LAST NAME: CHAN

FIRST NAME: JOSE MARI

MIDDLE NAME: LIM

EOI:

LAST NAME: CHAN

GIVEN NAMES: JOSE MARI

or should it be

LAST NAME: CHAN

GIVEN NAMES: JOSE MARI LIM

pag binago ko ba EOI ko mababago rin ung DOE? and would it matter sa EOI or pwede sa Visa application icorrect?

I've read up on this pero i just wanted to confirm. Thanks guys!

Thanks @batman ! I realized pala sa previous Visitor Visa ko, hindi ko rin minention ung middle name. AAAND sa PH passport pala GIVEN NAMES na nga yung label dun first name. whew!

Follow-up question about names: yung wife ko (dependent) mixed yung documents niya with her married and maiden name kasi we just recently just got married.

I read na yung VISA details should match the PASSPORT. since her passport is still in her maiden name, in the forms dapat maiden name parin gamitin? tapos imention nalang sa "other names known by" yung married name? tama po ba ang ganitong approach?

@tofurad if she hasn’t used the married name elsewhere then you don’t have to put her name plus your surname sa other names known by.

Some people marry and don’t change their names at all.

@Mia thanks po sa response. pero what if her other documents such as postal id, acs assessment, pte results are in her married name, but her passport is in her maiden name?

Hi all! Super new to this forum. I’m trying to migrate to AU. I am a leasing manager here in the Phils And was considering applying under the sales and manager category. But upon initial assement of respall, I don’t yet qualify as a senior functional manager as defined by AIM, the assessing authority. Would anyone have an idea what my other options are?

@micha Try mo yung occupation sa list na malapit sa occupation mo pero hindi manager level. For example marketing manager ako pero dahil hindi ako pasok sa requirements ng AIM nagpa-assess ako as marketing specialist sa Vetassess. Naging positive naman yung result.
