@zirko overall po, 5yrs po yung work ko. So deduct po ng 2 yrs dun, 3 yrs po dapat ko iclaim, equivalent sa 5 points. Sa eoi po, nilagay ko po yung dates of employment ko which is 5 yrs. Parng di po dineduct ng system yung 2 yrs. So yung na claim ko n pts is for 5yrs which is 10pts. Gnun po ba tlga yun? May need ba ako iadjust? Ito po yung breakdown ng pts ko. Thank you

@Marites_47 Pwede mong hatiin yung work experience. For example, kung yung work experience mo April 2013 to Present tapos ang sabi ng assessing body mo ang date deemed skilled mo May 2015 ang ilalagay mo sa EOI -

April 2013-April 2015 : not related, may tickbox sa isang side kung claiming points or not

May 2015-Present : related, check mo may points kang makukuha for this

when I took the exam isa sa pinadalhan when the result was out was AU immigration. When I lodge the visa I attached the pdf file too. I did not encounter any issue about it. Got the grant after 3 months.

Thanks. I can't comment further. In my skill assessment, periods are clearly indicated so it was straightforward for me. Hope you could get guidance soon from others.

@jay2 this depends po, kung near relative po yung tutulong sa inyo at nkatira sa regional state pde po kayo mag apply ng SC 489 via relative pathway. Pero I suggest kung pasok naman po points nyo sa point system ni AU mag apply na lang po kayo ng SC 189, 190 or 489 at least wala din pong abala sa tutulong po sa inyo, financial way n lng po sya makakatulong. 🙂

@jay2 when u say tutulong in what way?

first ano ang work experience mo if any? kasi need mo nominate ng occupation at kong nasa occupation list sya ng skilled migration.

education, age, English level may factor din in calculating your points. if you just spend more time reading about the process you will eventually grasp the whole process. If you do not have time you can get an agent to guide you may bayad nga lang.

@jay2 what did you mean with this Aussie helping you out to get to Australia. In what capacity? If he/she’ll be helping you out, wouldn’t he/she knows what to do to get you there?

@jay2 Kung gusto mo tumira sa Australia for good, kailangan mo ng PR visa. Ang usual na ginagawa is to apply for a skilled visa 189, 190 or 489. Kailangan yung occupation mo nasa list of occupations that can apply for those visas. Pero kailangan mo nga i-clarify kung ano ibig sabihin ng may Aussie na tutulong sa iyo makarating sa Australia. Kung nasa list yung occupation mo, possible naman makakuha ng visa na hindi tinutulungan ng taga-Australia. Ngayon kung ang tulong na gagawin nya is to offer you a job, work visa ang kailangan mo and iba ang process nun. Usually may agency yung employer na tumutulong sa work visa.

Hello po,

Question lng for those who submitted bank statements instead of payslips, did you highlight yung salary sa statements? Yung pasok kasi ng salary is different from the allowances so every mid at end of the month meron cheque na pumpasok, should I highlight both? Btw walng employer name dun sa statement bsta quick check deposit lng.

Eto lng kasi ung evidence na pwedr ko ipasa for that certain work experience na cnclaim ko, including contract, annual income details letter from employer. Work reference, tax document na hindi rin indicated si employer.

Any more suggestion ano pa ang pwedeng ipasa?

@ace1990 I don’t see why you won’t be able to apply for the skilled independent 189 visa especially if you qualify for it naman. Safe points zone for 189 is 75... pataasan ng IELTS PTE-A or OET scores ang labanan sa Aus ngayon to be selected.

You need to get your registration transferred over through the Trans Tasman agreement (AHPRA registration ATMR-40 form)

You also need to have your qualifications and work experience assessed by ANMAC and get a positive skills assessment.
