Answers:

Sa ACS result meron pong part na "The following employment after month year is considered to equate..." jan ka po mag start mag claim ng points. Other experiences from the past 10 years before this date will have to be entered in your EOI pero not claiming points po.
Sa EOI po hindi pa. However pag na invite po kayo, kelangan nya mag take din.
In terms sa pag fill out ng family information, tingin ko po hindi na required half siblings.

Share ko lang po, we just received the GRANT today for visa 189. It's an early Christmas present indeed, thank you Lord! I am of disbelief how fast it was, considering na 8 to 11 months ang processing. But ours was almost 3 months lang. We lodged it on Sep 5. Nagpa-medical on Nov 22 (w/o any contact from CO). Then received the email on Nov 30.. My job code is 263111, and only have my de facto partner as the secondary applicant.. Hope you guys receive yours as well.

@ms_ane nagpa medical kami after visa lodging at hindi na namin hinintay yung CO to contact us para gawin un. afaik, 12 mos ung validity nung medical. yung sa HAP ID, meron naman dun sa immi account na letter for health assessment. dun mo siguro malalaman if you would still use your previous ID or not.

Sa case namen nilagay ko un citizenship rejection tpos sinabi ko na walang nakalagay na reason sa letter. At no way saken para ma retrieve yun letter kasi tinapon ko na. Then sinabi ko din na wlang clear critea or points system sa SG kaya d ko sure what is the reason. Un kay misis sa PR dineclare ko din. The best thing is answer everything truthfully. Kasi Govt yan. D naten alam baka madali nila madetect kun may arrangement ang SG-AU for checking. Wala naman naging problema kasi na grant kame. hehe. I hope this helps.

Oo nga declare ko na din kasi nga lalo na at immigration activity ito, whether they will validate or not, mas maigi na maging truthful kaysa ma korner ka when they find out. natatawa ako kasi naalala ko din nung ma reject kami, tinapon ko din agad ang letter ahahaha! sayang pati ang 300sgd!

may thread about nyan dito sa pinoyau. you can declare and you can also not declare since you have a valid working visa in singapore when you apply PR over there. yung mga rejections ay yung sa mga US, Japan, Kor and etc. unlike SG na visa free ang pinoy at kung PR application na nareject, may working visa ka naman.
