Hi, i have a question... gusto ko kasi include bf ko sa application ko for visa 189/190. And gusto ko iclaim yung points. Yung requirements ba to prove our relationship is after ITA pa iuupload? Or upon lodging of EOI palang?

And concern ko din po.. since magkalapit lang ang bahay ng parents namin.. ginagamit pa din namin addresses ng parents namin.. so wala kaming any individual mails or correspondences na sent to one address.. for other evidences of our de facto relationship kaya naman naming iprovide.. worry ko lang yung sa address namin.

For those who have applied at QLD for visa class 190 bka po pde kyo magbgay ng tips...bka mron kyo guidelines n pde ko sundan pra try din nmen apply...pano yng gagawin pagregister s knila...salamat po s lht ng sasagot

Naglodge ako ng visa application last Feb 2019.

Mag eexpire ang passport ko sa Nov 2019.

Is it better to renew my passport now while waiting for the grant, or wait for the grant first before renewing my passport?

Hi All, last Nov 2017 I received a positive result from EA. Na-stop kami sa process after that due to some reasons. And now, we are back on track. My question is, ung mga ginamit ko po bang COE na dated 2017 pa eh magagamit ko po ba sya sa lodgement this 2019 (if and only if makapasa sa PTE)? Thank you po sa lahat.

NBI clearance kasi is mas general, unlike police clearance sa pinas - parang depende lang san ka nakatira. And if you’ve been an ofw sa uae for quite some time na, ang NBI clearance now is isa nalang ang category - yung Multi Purpose Clearance - unlike before na depende pa per country ng applyan. 🙂

@ms_ane Hello maam, question lang po. From uae din ako 10 years resident pero nasa pinas ngayon for 3 months now. Alin po ba police clearance ang dapat kong kunin, yung sa dubai police HQ po ba thru the Philippine Consulate office..or pati po din ba dito sa pinas? eh less than 12 months pa lang naman pa po ako dito. @Pinoy_Imphotep kapatid habang nandyan ka kuha na agad ng NBI clearance. Sabi nila if nag reside ka na more than 10 years sa ibang bansa e no need na ng NBI, pero madami pa din na OFWs dito sa forum (including me - 12 yrs nako SG) ang kumuha pa din ng NBI clearance just to be on the safe side, bilang 150 lang naman bayad dyan, plus halfday tambay sa NBI if wala kang “HIT” 🙂

Not certain on the process in acquiring police clearance sa Dubai ( mga kapatid na OFWs sa Dubai patulong nalang 🙂)

pero you definitely need this since nag reside ka for 10 years sa Dubai.

para sa NBI clearance - in essence - we are considering not just the current year - but yung years na nakatira ka sa pinas prior to working abroad - whether may criminal record ka or wala 🙂

@ms_ane Ah ganun po ba maam. Yah meron pa po akong copy nung old NBI clearance ko po prior to working abroad. Naitago ko pa. Pwede na ba yun aside sa dubai police clearance na ipapasuyo ko na lang sa close friend ko. Need pa po ba ng notarized affidavit yan authorizing my friend to process this dubai police clearance thru philippine consulate in dubai in behalf pra saken?

@cucci Apparently its earlier pa than 2014 pa eh..pero cge I'll try and visit NBI office and ask query about my status here in pinas and abroad. Anh hirap lang kasi sa pgsecure ng NBI clearance dito sa pinas 6am pa lang isang kilometro na ang haba nung mga nakapila na kukuha. Culture shock na naman to pra saken lol

@Pinoy_Imphotep fyi na you have to create / register for an account online for NBI Clearance and dun ka na mag schedule ng appointment. If you arrive a little early before your assigned time slot, di na isang kilometro ang ipipila mo. Last year we got ours, 1 hour lang in and out - tapos agad.

Bagong NBI clearance ang need.

Regardjng procedure for police clearance for Dubai, search ka nalang sa internet, Im sure madami dyan information (sakaling busy pa ang mga ka forum naten dito na Dubai based)

@ms_ane Ah ok so need pa po pala magcreate ng online account . Cge..will do that. Thanks for the tip!. As far as i can remember walang pa kasing ganitong mga online secure booking for appointment ng nbi clearance back 2008 kasi hindi pa ganoon kadami ang kumukuha unlike nowadays. Come in & out lang din no need na pumila pa ng halfday. Life was still a little bit chill pa noon.

Hi everyone! Need your advices. My bf submitted EOI for 261212 - Web Developer. For 190 - NSW and VIC. 75+5 pts po siya. As of March 11 kasi, nawala yung 261212 sa visa 189. May chance kaya mainvite for visa 190 or pa-assess ba siya sa 261312 - Developer Programmer? Kasi yun nasa visa 189 pa at 75 pts naman siya. Mas may chance ata mainvite dun? Medyo magkalapit naman po yung job description. Though mas swak siya sa Web Developer. Need your advices po. Sana may makatulong. Thanks and God bless po!
