Hello guys, CO asked for medical of my dependent which we already complied 3 weeks ago pa. Any idea kung ganu ktagal next contact or grant nila? Medical lang naman yung additional na hiningi. Thanks.

@Ellabelle As long as you meet the minimum points requirement of SA on the day that you submit your state sponsorship application, okay na. May occupations sila na minimum points lang required and may occupations na as high as 80 points ang required.

@maguero pag po nag apply for EOI possible ba na dalawang subclass ang i-apply? Like 189 and 190 po?

Hi guys, question, na provide ko na yung documents na kailangan pa (FBI clearance) and inupload ko lang dun sa attachments section ng application ko. May kailangan pa ba ako gawin to let them know? I don't see a way to contact them and even the CO who sent me the email did not provide an email address. Thanks in advance!

question on visa lodging: talaga ba walang option sa primary applicant para magattach ng evidence of marriage/relationship? na kay dependent/secondary applicant lang talaga yung option na yun? thanks.

@donyx yes — sa secondary applicant lang ilalagay, since yung primary applicant wala namang bearing kung single / married / defacto sa visa. Sa secondary ipprove relationship niya sa primary.

Agreed with @rnmh . It has no bearing to the primary applicant.

By experience po sa mga may grant na, ok lang ba na No ang sagot dito and gano katagal nyo nareceive yung grant?

If yes naman po and you indicated na you'll be staying sa relative or friend, na contact po ba ni CO yung relative or friend nyo?

Pano po magpass ng another EOI for 190?

Nagsubmit po kme ng eoi for 189 last april... waiting for ITA... gusto po sana namen itry mag 190... nurses... either NSW or VIC... any advice po?

@n3n_3pqln to give you an idea, you can create another EOI under the same email address or using another email address then from then, piliin mo ang visa 190.

just create a new one similar process lang as how you created your eoi for visa 189.

madami yan discussion check mo nalang din sa google or lets wait pa ng konti for others (who have an experience creating multiple eois) for advise.

@Devi@nt19 my husband's brother is living in Syd so sinulat namin ung details nya, wala namang CO contact, DG..not sure if magmamatter dahil AU citizen na xa or what. Honest lang talaga kami sa pagsagot ng form haha

@n3n_3pqln same lang po process kung pano kayo nagcreate ng 189 EOI niyo. i suggest do one EOI for each state you are intending to apply. also, check the states invitation policy baka may mga additional requirement sila before kayo magsubmit ng EOI.

another question on visa lodging for dependents: yung option ba na "Qualifications - Overseas, Evidence of" required lang kung nagclaim ng partner skill? d kasi ako nagclaim ng partner skill. Salamat!

Just a question lang din, have you had a previous job na you did not include in the assessment kasi wala ka ng records na naitago and the company no longer exists anymore? For this scenario, mas okay ba na wag nalang syang ideclare sa form 80 since wala rin naman proof na you worked for that company and you did not claim points for this experience? This experience was only 9mos after graduation. Thank you po sa makakasagot 🙂
