Good Day! I would like to ask if there's restrictions if you're applying for EOI indicating you're married pero di kasama ang spouse and children sa application? Would there be an issue?

Plan ko po kasi mauna muna then to follow nalang sila pag stable na.

@sharkbait09 I’ve had a client who did the same. Visa was granted but I would suggest to include your family na to save on time and cost. They can initially just enter Australia with you to activate their visas then go back to Philippines until you’re at your feet na.

Hello po. Ask ko lang po kung ok na magpamedical na while waiting for the invitation to apply? Ilang months po ba validity ng medical? At the same time, pede n rin po ba kumuha ng nbi?

@Mark.1 If you are certain that you will get an invitation soon (considering your points, ISCAH prediction and etc), you may prepare the NBI Clearance and have the Medical exam prior to receiving an invite. Ang advantage nito is once you get invited, ready na lahat ng requirements mo and you can immediately lodge your visa application. However, please note that your initial entry date (IED) is dependent on the expiration of your health assessment and NBI clearance which are both valid for 1 year. For me, mas okay lang na gawin ito if certain ka ng maiinvite na rin soon, panibagong expense din kasi if ma expire lang sya.

On the other hand, if you want to be sure muna and want more time to prepare before your initial entry in Australia, pwede din naman na gawin mo nalang sya after receiving an invitation. Hindi naman din sya magtatake ng too much time, unless siguro if may HIT yung name sa NBI or need mo ng additional procedures for your health assessment. Yung iba mas prefer nila ito para mas may time din sila to prepare for their big move after the grant.

@Mark.1 from a professional point of view, I would wait until you get an invite at least. Medical and police clearances are time sensitive. They’re only valid for 12 months. No one knows when you'll get an invite in the first place so you would most likely end up doing another medical check up which m abs another expense for you.

Hi everyone! Does skill assessment need to be valid during visa processing? For example, ITA received this month but skills assessment will expire next month. Nakapag lodge naman ng visa application before skill assessment expires.

Do I have to have my skills reassessed?

@RheaMARN1171933 thanks po 75 points po total ko ngaun for 189 civil engineer. Hopefully po mkakuha ng invite khit na 80pts and above ung nainvite last month.

@Mark.1 Yung mga documents na sinubmit namin sa assessing authority, in our case, ACS ay Certified True Copy lahat and sinamahan namin ng scanned colored copies. These same documents din ang plan namin isubmit upon visa lodge plus yung ibang requirements like Forms na hindi na namin ipapa-CTC.

hello po! tanong ko lng po pag nag apply ng state nomination sa Tasmania under 489 visa kailangan po ba presently working? mg 1.5 yrs na po kc ako jobless kc inaalagaan ko c nanay pero from 2008-2017 employed po ako sa sg hospital. thank you po sa sasagot. may skills assessment na din ako at englist test.

@Mark.1 HAP ID is required when scheduling medical exam dito sa SG, not sure for other locations. Doon din nakasaad kung anong mga health exams ang need mo icomplete. Mas ok siguro na hintayin mo nalang din muna ang ITA mo 🙂

If you are abroad, my opinion is mag process ka na ng NBI clearance kasi this one takes time kapag nasa abroad ang magproseso lalo na pag may “HIT” ka. If sure na sure ka na sa ITA mo e di ok ka na mag proceed. If sakali na nagkaroon ng delay (more than 6 months) - e worthwhile na ulitin mo nalang ulit ang NBI keri din.

@Mark.1 if you were my client, I’d advice you to wait. There’s no rush to do it anyway so don’t see the point risking unnecessary expenses. All the best.

@skippermack the last time i was planning to apply sa TAS, if i remember correctly, you need to be currently working for a year on that nominated occupation you are applying. Unless nag bago na rule.

Tanong po. Yung Form 1221 po ba required din iupload or as needed lang? or mas okay na rin iupload na kaysa hanapan pa ng CO?

Another question, saan po ito iuupload? Kasama po ba ng Form 80? Maraming salamat.

@donyx I'm all for uploading Form 1221 now than be contacted by CO later just for that. I think I uploaded it with the Form 80. As evidence of Form 1221 entries, I also uploaded scanned pages of passport showing immigration stamps.

Isang question pa po, makakapagdelete pa po ba ako ng file uploaded sa visa lodging? Nagupload kasi ako ng form 122 sa other docs. Nong naglogin ako, 0 files sa other docs ko. Inupload ko siya ulit. Wala kasi akong nakikitang delete option.

@batman after ko siya upload, nakita ko 0 files pala talaga siya, pero napupunta sa lower portion. 2 files na po nakaupload ko.
