@ms_ane local po kc yun agent pero maayos nmn po ako lhat ng email ko pero kpag ngreply prang sasabak sa gyera hahaha and lgi po sagot base from previous application. Well anyways ipapasama mo nlng po kun anu un nsa vetasses ni partner. Maraming maraming salamats po been a silent reader and saw that you've been very helpful sa lahat 🙂. Pde na mgsideline ng consultation 🙂 maraming salamats po and godbless 🙂
You need to trust that your agent is doing the research right thing for you. If you have questions, you need to raise it with them, that’s your right. Your question is very simple, To claim partner points, no work experience is needed but the actual skills assessment via VETASSESS, you will need to provide employment evidence. From what I gauge, being an agent myself, there is lack of understanding on the whole process from your end which the agent has failed to explain. You need to ask in order for you to understand and if they are not receptive to your query then there is something wrong with their service.
If you were my client, I would definitely appreciate you asking us directly. If you feel hesitant about my staff, I would rather know so I can fix it but I’m confident none of my team behaves this way. Also, from the beginning of the service, I provide tailored report based on the circumstance of the client. This includes all the stages needed for the whole process - from start to finish as I want the client to understand the whole process. There’s nothing worse than having a client who is clueless about the whole process. I want my client to understand each step so I could literally hold his/hand in this journey knowing we’re in the same page. It makes our service run more smoothly this way and if a client is confused, I feel I am failing in assuring him/her that I have everything under control. So in saying this, by all means, do not hesitate to ask your agent.
@RheaMARN1171933 thank you very much po sa reply, really appreciate po. Definitely we trust our agent until today, even though marami na po nanyari. I'm very polite po sa lhat ng email and sa lhat ng question ko sknila. Since january this year cguro we had 3 different agents na nghhandle kc ang bilis ng turn over ng tao ndi ko po alm kun malas lng kmi or what but the agent being assigned to us ngrresign agd. Yun ndi mkakalimutan ng partner ko po is when we had pre-invite sa isang state (we will not mention and some details will be omitted to protect dn po our migration company and agent) we provided our documents within less than 5 days but since ang dami pong palitan ng email, paisa isa po cla mgcheck and mgsbi smin ng mga addtional docs then they don't like us to provide documents they think not needed but in the need dn po pala, then naubos po yun 14days nmin and we don't know na yun agent po pala nmin on her last day dun plang nia sinubmit yun documents nmin, nagulat nlng kmi the following day iba na agent nmin.
Then recently when we had pre-invite from ACT we claim for partner skills employability, our new agent ayw po isama yun current employment ng partner ko which nagulat po ako and I really insisted na isubmit then inattached ko pa po yun ACT guideline na need po tlga isama. Super worried na po kmi kc ndi po cia ngrreply the whole day kc ngemail nlng po the night na sinubmit na dw po nia mga documents nmin sa ACT, we keep asking yun mga documents na sinubmit, if they included my partners current employment evidences seriously wla pong reply we keep calling her, no answer, we even called her in her office number no answer, we tried calling her manager no answer. Ayun na dn po yun time na ang dami ko po nababasa sa ibang forum na na reject sa ACT kc ndi ngprovide ng current employment ang spouse even though they claim for points for it and they dont entertain submitting supporting documents after the given 14days. Then our agent called saying sorry she was busy the wholeday and yes she submitted the documents as we insisted though she thinks not necessary. And her manager also called the following day to inform us, that agent already resigned, yesterday was her last day and ngtturnover cia kaya super busy. Then we heard from a filipino agent na resigned na from that company na halos more than 30 clients to 1 agent cla and different visa pa inaasikaso (Australian, US, European Visas). Unfortunately too late na po nmin nalaman na ganon pla and our contract says once ITA received we need to pay them already remaining balance and we had our ITA already so we decided nlng na since we already paid them full might as well ituloy na po service nla.
Hala ang haba na po haha, well anyways bgo po ulit tong agent nmin and sa visa application po eh lagi cia nka base sa previous clients and application but I informed her na mas ok po sana kun ifrontload nmin lhat ng documents khit ayw pa po nia kmi mgmedical and kumuha ng mga police clearance kumuha na po kmi and kinulit po nmin cia sa e-medical form, she wanted na we do our medical and police clearance once may ma assign na CO sa application nmin kc dw po ang concern nia bka mg expire agd. Though I appreciate her concern na bka umulit kmi I assured her na ok lng smin umulit ng medical and kumuha ng police clearance if ever or bgo mgexpired kesa ma CO contact. Oh well our frustrations hahaha. Khit until now na ang gsto lng po nia isubmit un approved skills assessment lng ni partner.
Once again maraming salamat po ms rhea.
