I’ve always recommend my clients to supply the clearances once the case officer asks for them.

Hello po! Kmusta po ? Mag tatanong lang po about sa ACS Assessment na payment evidence requirement.

Nakalagay po kasi na at least 2 evidence ang need. Kaso po, meron akong work experience na parang freelance kasi sa Singapore ung company so pinapadala lang yung pera sa Country Coordinator namin tas may months na naka cash iniaabot samen (depende sa exchange rate) then may times na dinedeposit sa bank account namen ng messenger.

Wala po akong ITR dun.

Pano po kaya magandang gawin? 🙁 sana po may nakaexperience na 🙁 salamat

Mas ok din na in the later part mo gawin si NBI kasama Si medicals kasi sila yung na eexpire. Check mo processing times para may idea ka how many mos ang visa grants, range yan..

Immigration will also consider validity of police clearance up to 12 months.

Hi po! Sana po may makasagot. Kapag ba nagpalit ako ng state sa EOI mababago din yung lodge date ko sa 189? Gusto ko sana magpalit ng state for 190/491 pero nagaalangan ako kasi mababago na naman yung lodge date ko. Salamat po!

Hi, I'm based here in Sydney and working as an RN sa Aged care. Gusto ko sana mag apply sa VIC or SA as RN and may chance ako magpa-relocate sa employer ko ng work if ever. Mahihirapan po kasi ako sa NSW, atm my points are sitting at 70 + (5) ako and until now take pa rin ng take ng PTE until ma superior tapos NAATI naman sa July pa. Gusto ko lang mag plan ahead and baka may ma recommend kayo agent sakin na pwede mag assist or advice ano next move ko? Salamat po!

Nglodged ako ng EOI - November 2019 under 190 Qld, Pre Invite - Feb 2020, Visa Lodgment - March 2020, CO Contact/Add'l Docs - April 2020.

Meron ba dito kinontact ng CO due to inssuffiency ng proof of previous employment, if meron pu ano un naprovide nila for additional proof? like s case ko, ngsumbit ako ng COE and Reference Letter (letter used for ANMAC), kc wala ko mprovide n payslips since almost a decade n un previous employment ko (year 2008-2011). TIA sa mga mgiinput guys.

Hello! If i created my EOI on Feb 2019, then i updated it on Feb 2020(with points change/increase), kelan ang expiration ng EOI ko? Susundin ba yung creation date or yung last update date?

Maeexpire ang EOI after 2 years. Auto deleted yan sa system ng skillselect and my message kang ma receive na they removed it:

Since nagbago ang points mo, ang date of effect ng EOI mo ngayon is yung date ng pag update sa points mo.

May i know bakit ang concern mo is kelan ang expiration ng EOI mo?

So ang sinusunod ay yung EOI date of effect(DoE), tama po ba?

Mejo concerned lang ako na maabutan ng expiration. Naisip ko, if date of creation ang basis ng expiration, then is it better na magcreate na lang ako ng bago now? to spare me another 2 years in the queue (given na feb 2020 lang naman ako nagupdate ng points).

Pero kung DOE ang basis, then mejo panatag na ako. Hehehe
