Your resource doesn’t give you that information. You need to check the skills assessing authority’s requirements to meet positive assessment. The assessing authority requires both formal qualification and work experience fir this occupation. It’s all or nothing. You need to do further research.

As an agent, from the info you’ve given I wouldn’t advice to go for it without meeting both requirements. It will be a negative outcome. All the best.

Hello, each state has there own set of requirements. better read nalang each state or kung saang state ka magapply ng nomination. under "Be Nominated" andun lahat ng states.

Aiming po kami sa visa 189 pero if pahirapan po sa visa 189, ano pong visa ang applicable sa amin if we reached the 85pts?

Hello, pwede kayo mag EOI for both Visa 189 and Visa 190. Separate EOI under the same email address pwede. Para kung Ano mauna go na. For Visa 190 (state nomination), please read the link I posted earlier on this thread. Take note that each state has there own requirements and skill occupation list (SOL). I highly suggest to check muna which state ung available pa ang nominated occupation nyo sa SOL nila. Then check kung may additional requirements. There are states na ung specific occupation requires applicants to be onshore. Some states requires show money. So consider these items when deciding which state to apply. Hope this helps. 189 is gold these days. You can select this visa in eoi, no harm to do that but in reality, concentrate on 190 and 491. Hard to get an invite for 189 with under 90 points. This is what I always tell my clients to make them aware. Baka kakahintay Sa 189 (possibly waiting for nothing) baka mas mabilis (most likely) via 190 or 491. Good luck

You don’t need a relative to sponsor you for 491. The state can sponsor you. Best to check their websites to know more.

hello everyone. im currently on visa 485. Gusto ko po sana ipa assess yun bachelor degree qaulification ko sa pinas to claim 15 points since i only study diploma dito. any idea po how to do it? coz my agent is asking me for $220 processing fee and $275 sa VETASSESS. Chef po occupation ko. Thanks

That’s very odd for your agent to charge you for a fee and even recommend VETASSESS to do it. All needs to be done to check how your overseas qualification equates to AQF level is by accessing the Country Eduction Profile through the Department of Education and Training of Australia. Agents should now this. My office pay a yearly subscription to access this.

Your agent should know this unless I’m missing out on information you provided.
