Be mindful that being engaged doesn’t mean you can include your fiancée to your visa application unless you have been living with him for at least 12 months and can prove co-dependence in 4 areas - domestic, financial, emotional and social.

With regards to claiming 10 points, you both must be in a de facto relationship (or married), he needs to have a positive skills assessment (occupation must be in the same list as yours) and with competent English level.

Chain migration is possible as long as your sponsor meets the requirements and you and your fiancé are married/in a de facto relationship.

Normally, kung kelan mag-lodge na kasi pag too early at di naman madalaw ang account lagi, pwedeng ma-deactivate ang immi account. At least give some time to familiarize with the interface at mga clickable commands and questions para di stressful pag actual lodging na.

I am currently waiting for my 189 visa grant offshore application. I also have a tourist visa that will expire on June202. Question po, I have to travel to Aus around November2020. So is it okay if I apply for another tourist visa?

Are there chances na magpatong si visitor ko sa 189 decision ko or any impact like macacancel si 189 if naggrant ako muna ng 189 then nagrant ako ng tourist? Ano po ba ang implications?

@cutiepie25 apply ka lang ng tourist visa, it wont affect you 189. Kami din waiting for grant nun ng 189, pero nag apply kami ng tourist.

Pag na grant si 189, yan na ang magiging visa nyo. Ma override na si tourist visa. Pag na grant si tourist, hindi maapektuhan ang 189 application nyo kasi PR visa naman yan.

Yung ibang nag apply ng March hindi pa naapprove til now. Meron sa FB page mag join ka doon, skilled visa Australia ang name. Madami nagpopost doon.
