Not sure about sa ACS ha. but for my husband, Vetassess siya. Hindi niya isinama ung assessment ng current work niya kasi ngabago palang siya. okay naman.

Just like what @ga2au said, it won't matter kung merong current job. Mag-matter lang kung magdedeclare ka sa EOI mo na 'relevant' pero sa assessment mo, hindi pala... Never do that. Kung ano lang yung napa-assess mo and nasa results, yun lang declare mo sa EOI as relevant or not. Hope it's clear.

Ahaha.. May expiry ang EOI ha. Consider mo rin. 2yrs from creation date. Basta pataas ka lang ng points. Yun i-goal mo.

If you have spare money and need guidance from an agent, you can hire one. Again, research agents whose are MARA approved only.

Since ang validity ng EOI is 2 years, yung start date po ba nun is kung kelan ka po nagsubmit tama po ba? (Or kung kelan ka nagcreate ng acct? )
Sa 190 visa path po, nakita ko po sa Immi na condition is not to enter marriage or defacto relationship. Sa pagkakatintindi ko po pwede naman magapply kahit married basta dineclare upon application of the EOI, tama po ba?

Mageexpire na ang pasport ko by 2022 at naka maiden name pa. Mas maganda po ba if magrenew na ko para 10 years at naka married name na then magpass nalang ako marriage cert? If di po ako nagrenew at magsubmit ng EOI muna, pwede po bang magrenew ng pasport habang tumatakbo ang EOI na or may instances po ba na need nila ng passport ulit?

Maraming salamat po @_sebodemacho sa pagsagot mg mga tanong ko. Yung sa EOI acct balak ko po sana kasi magcreate na para mafamiliarize sa site tapos maconfirm ko rin po mga reqts.

Tapos po dun sa 190, tama naman po noh pwede parin magapply ang married as long as dineclare mo na married ka upon application?
