i am currently holding 489 visa sponsored by wa, but i find it hard to get a job in regional wa, so i decided to stay temporarily with my relatives in sydney so that my accommodation is free. my question is can i apply for a job in regional nsw since the only visa condition in the grant letter is to live and work in regional area without specifically stating wa? how do i inform wa? many thanks!

question, kung sakali naka kuha ka ng invitation for visa application 189 visa ... ipapa notaryo mo pa ba ulit yung mga papers mo? kasi di ba sa governing bodies nabigay mo na yung mga certified true copies.... so papa notaryo ka ulit?

and sa Certificate of Employment na may job description? ilang months ba ang validity nun? medyo nawala ulit ako sa circulation dahil daming inaasikaso sa office for the last 5 months.... dahil nag submit ako sa ACS last July lang.. so yung COE ko eh dated June 10,2012 pa...

Hello Pinoyau, I'm a new member. I just want to ask if it is a requirement to hire an agency to process the application for migration or is it better to do it ourselves? We have consulted an agency specializing in Australian migration and we passed the inital assessment. They seem to be very helpful, but the only factor that makes me think twice is the huge fee that we have to pay. Please help us decide. Hubby is currently qualified as systems analyst under skilled independent category SI (189). Thank you.

A lot of people in this forum have gotten their visa without hiring an agent/immigration lawyer - all you need to read, and read, and read...

If something is confusing you, fire away those questions.

hi, if you would read few posts back.. you have the same questions with some of the members..

1) No, you dont need to have your documents CTC again, scan your original documents (colored) and you can attach that to your online visa application...

2) wala pong expiration date ang COE.. but you may want to get a new one, if you think it can add up to your years work experience (especially if you are still in the same work/company) in claiming EOI points..

maliban sa western union at credit card, anu-ano ang mga ways para makapag money transfer sa Australia? namamahalan kasi ako sa charge at exchange rate ng Western Union. Puede ba by bank? ano ang kailangang gawin.

first, check if any of your occupation is on the in demand list.. check either SOL/CSOL..
