Student visa is the same. Not because you’re in Australia sooner doesn’t mean your PR is guaranteed. You can study 2 years or even more, spend so much and still won’t make it. Processes and policies change. Student visa is a temporary visa which isn’t immune to future changes that may occur.

What makes you think he needs to resign if he applies for skilled visa? All our clients based in various countries continue to work whilst they wait for their visas.

Hi.

Question lang po about sa work of experience. This is from my previous company. Pano po kung nakalagay sa COE is from 2015 to 2019.

Ang problema po is ung sa secondary docs. Ung sa sss at pagibig na contribution nahulugan lang po nila after a year na po from 2016 to 2019.

Any thoughts about this?

Ma count po kaya ung 2015?

if IML looks at 10 recent years of work experience, does this mean they will only credit 4yrs of work experience?

Did you receive a formal invitation from the state or from DHA? Meron instruction doon sa invitation letter mo. Kung ITA (invitation to apply) nareceive mo, then pwede ka na maglodge ng application sa immi mismo.

Hi po sa lahat. Magtatanong lang po for my case sana. Nainvite na po ako for 190 and nakapag lodge na din. Kasama ko po sa application yung boyfriend ko. De facto relationship po ang status namin. Planning to get married po sana kami. Makaffect po kaya sa application pag naikasal na po and wala pang visa grant? Looking forward to your informed views po. Thank you.

Ang case po namin pala is same work occupation, mayroon po syang English test and skill assessment so claim ko po yung 10 points. Wondering po kung may effect on visa grant if we get married before. Thanks po.

i am currently attaching the documents for visa 491 application sa immi except for the police clearance. i scheduled an Aug 1 appointment sa nbi kaso may hit kaya pinapabalik ako Aug 22 pa. ITA will expire on Aug 28 so worried ako baka mahapit ako sa process lalo na sa pagbabayad.

itatanong ko lang po kung posible bang mag-lodge/pay ng application even before i get my NBI clearance (i.e. bypassing the attachment of police clearance for now)? parang 'to follow' ang document na yun for the purpose of settling the lodgement as early as possible, at di maabutan ng ITA expiration.

Absolutely. These 2 documents (police and medical)are usually provided at a later stage fir offshore applications. It’s usually when case officer sends the s56 letter. Once they request fir these documents, it’s an indication that your application will soon be finalised. These are time sensitive documents which are valid fir 12 months…with the processing timeline these days, best to submit them later to avoid being asked to re-do these clearances later (due to them getting expired).

hi to all! i have pending visa lodge application for 491 already (1 month ago). and since open na yung 22-23 program for 190 offshore, i am planning to submit another eoi. if i received state 190 nomination, while my 491 visa lodge is still pending in immiaccount, what is the best option --- withdraw my 491 application and submit visa lodge application for 190? hoping for answer and suggestions.

yes pwede to. I had a friend na naglodge ng 491, then nainvite a month later for 189. Nagwithdraw sya agad ng 491 then lodge 189. Granted naman. Doble lang bayad sa visa kasi walang refunds. If may pera why not
