Hi..ilang beses na rin itong natanong dito:

If you have the original copy of all your documents, you can just scan that (colored) and you can attach that to your online visa application.
Kung wala, then pwede na nag scanned copy ng CTCed document.
You may want to get updated copies of your COE/ITR if you think that will improve your work experience points..

ex: assessment result mo is only 4.5 yrs and since then, nadagdagan ng 0.5 years, making it 5 years = 10 points sa work exp... this is easy if you have the same job and the same company..

pero kung ibang company/job.. mahirap i prove dahil kailangan ng DIAC ng assessment ng assessing authority mo...

kung hindi naman mag-iimprove.. sayang naman ang effort at oras.. sa halip na umaandar na ang application eh nadedelay pa..

but again, wala nmn pong mali sa pagkuha ng updated COE... im just suggesting para mapabilis ang processing nyo..

OFW po ako 5 yrs sa IT field 8 yrs IT field din sa pinas. We are planning to migrate to Ausralia with my family thru the help of Agent.

Question po nung college kasi may mga failing grades ako sa mga naka experience na mag apply ng PR visa may possibility ma deny yung application.

Maraming salamat and God Bless

may napansin lang po ako, wala kaming sinagutan na "Other Family Members"

Meron lang dun eh yung "Non-Migrating Dependents".

Ganun na po kaya talaga ang application form?

hindi ko po masasagot yan.. dahil di ko alam ang screens ng EOI..

pero nung tiningnan ko ang pdf copy ng application summary ko (before EOI), meron pong ganung sections (migrating dependents, non-migrating dependents, other family)

wait po natin ang mga EOI peeps..

May specific thread po ang ACS for IT.. ung mga dumaan sa ACS asessment can definitely answer...

from what i've read.. hindi nmn po yan makaka-apekto sa skills assessment.. and definitely not a cause para madeny ang visa application.....

nakapag attach na din pala kami ng documents. pero may konting kulang pa.

asikasuhin ko next week, at sana makakuha nga ako sa bank ng payroll records.

@lock_code2004 dun sa pag lodge namin ng visa, walang fields na "Other Family Members" na field.

d ko nga alam kung nagluluko yung system nila eh. medyo nag hhang kasi at nag ffreeze yung screens. kaya inabot kami ng 4 hours sa pag lodge.

Awww. thank you very much. 🙂 i was so concern lang kasi baka masyado ng old yung docs ko. hehe I have to delay pa pala yung pag EOI ko kasi kulang pa yung pang lodge namin ng visa. baka mag expire na yung 2 months wala pa kami pambayad. haha Sana lang makapag lodge ako before july at baka may magbago na naman sa rules pag ganun. hehe

eto kasi ang email sa akin ng CO, at kasama din sa Visa grant notice..

The following forms are useful for notifying the department of changes in circumstances and are available on the department's website at www.immi.gov.au/allforms or at any of our offices:

● Form 929 Change of address and/or passport details

● Form 1022 Notification of changes in circumstances

● Form 1023 Notification of incorrect answer(s)

● Form 1193 Communicating by e-mail with the department.

Effective 1 July 2012, the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Chris Bowen MP, has set new priority processing arrangements for certain skilled migration visas. Allocation dates outlined below reflect the new priority processing arrangements.

Visa Subclass Priority Group 3 Priority Group 4 Priority Group 5

189 Skilled – Independent N/A Within 7 weeks of lodgement N/A

190 Skilled - Nominated Within 5 weeks of lodgement N/A N/A

Tanong po ulit, 😃 Kakakuha ko lang ng test report form ko sa IELTS and OBS ko is 7.5 Ano dapat ko ilagay sa EOI? Kasi sa point system nila OBS7=5 pts and OBS8=10pts.

hindi po OBS ang basis ng EOI points..

7 in each module = 10 pts

8 in each module = 20 pts..

Sa education history portion, kailangan ba talaga specific yung date ng start ng college study gang sa araw ng graduation? oh pwede namang June 1 na lang tapos nag end ng March 31?

i always put Jun1 as start... tapos ung date dun sa Diploma as end date..

Not sure if this was already answered in this thread (haba kasi 🙂).

Tanong po, nakalagay kasi dun sa document checklist for visa application na kelangan magprovide ng "certified copies of any name change (for example by deed poll or marriage), if applicable, for you, your partner or anyone else included in your application", hindi po ba enough yung certified copy ng marriage certificate to prove the name change for my wife?
