Kitang kita kasi yung notarization nya at may dates pa like yung TOR, PRC cert, and diploma. The certificate of employment and ITR will still be requested para updated talaga. Or better if I'll get new copies from the concerned issuing bodies?
Thanks in advance again! π

If you have the original copy of all your documents, you can just scan that (colored) and you can attach that to your online visa application.
You may want to get updated copies of your COE/ITR if you think that will improve your work experience points..
ex: assessment result mo is only 4.5 yrs and since then, nadagdagan ng 0.5 years, making it 5 years = 10 points sa work exp... this is easy if you have the same job and the same company..
goodluck..
