Yes 🙂 You need to fulfil the state's specific requirements, and for some states this starts sa EOI lodgement. When your 190/491 EOI gets selected, need mo dumaan sa state nomination application process. If approved, you'll get an ITA (invitation to apply) for the chosen visa.

It's not a matter of which state is the easiest or the best. It's initially a matter of which state you qualify for nomination. If onshore, you should check which states are open to sponsoring applicants who live interstate. Some states don't sponsor interstate applicants, so you can cross them off your list & then check which of the remaining ones sponsor your occupation.

Hello! We submitted our EOI for 189 (80 pts) and 190 (85 pts, NSW) last week, and we saw as NSW that we should only submit an EOI to their state dapat (190). This is for software engineers (261313), offshore.

Questions:

How soon can we submit an EOI to other states if we don't get an invite for a particular time?
Do you have recommended state where we can also submit an EOI (190 or 491) given our current points and job code above?

You can submit an EOI any time—you wouldn't need to wait for states to open up. HOWEVER, you will need to keep a close eye for updates (specifically about requirements and processes), once each state opens their 2023–24 state nomination programs. From what I've seen so far, Tasmania pa lang yata ang open: https://www.migration.tas.gov.au/news Unsure if meron pang bukas na.
I say, unless may preferred state and/or visa kayo, submit an EOI for all states na eligible kayo.

Hello po! Would like to confirm lang po. Nagapply kasi ako ng Tourist Visa pero narefused nung una pero sa second application ko nagrant naman. Question ko is, makakaapekto ba yon sa application ko for VISA 189 / 190? Currently submitted status ng EOI ko. Thank you in advance! 🙂

La ka pang invite?

Later on pag may invite na, at the visa application stage, you'd have to declare the refusal in your Form 80 kung magsusubmit/hihingin sya sayo ng DHA.

Wala pa. submitted palang status ng EOI ko.

Noted dito. Kakacheck ko lang din ng Form 80. meron nga don. much better siguro na magsubmit nalang din agad ako ng Form 80.

Question po sa mga nag process and/or na grant ng Visa 189 na may dalang dependents (spouse and children), nag skills assessment and english test pa po ba yung spouse niyo? Required po ba or are they optional lang if you want to claim extra points? Salamat po sa sasagot. God bless!

Question po sa mga nakapag-fill out ng Form 80, tungkol po sa Employment. Ide-declare din po ba yung mga employment na walang proof gaya ng employment certificate at payslip dahil yun pong mga docs ay na-Ondoy? salamat po.

There is an instruction in the item itself.

Declare everything from date of birth. Even those you did not claim points for. You'd only need to provide evidence for those that you claimed based on the EOI that was invited.

Currently nasa Skills Assessment stage ako for EA. My agent created the EA account for me and pangalan pa lang mali na. Ang mahal ng cost ng agent and I am thinking of continuing the application ng DIY. Kaya po ba?

I suggest DIY if uncomplicated naman yung case mo and may time ka to do it. Kaya yan! Will save you money pa.

I had the same experience where I already paid partially for their service and the agent had errors on the basic details/info which is non-nego for me, kasi kaya nga tayo nagbabayad eh. Wrong details about me una pa lang and some other clients' details were sent to me. Gahh that's violation of data privacy. Those are "typo" lang daw pa yung sagot - all the more reason I got afraid to let them handle my case. Kaya mong i-DIY. Ikaw din naman magpproduce mostly ng papers hindi sila.
