Yes pwede. I switched jobs twice while waiting for an invitation, got the invitation eventually and lodged the visa. The catch is, either you want to have this reassessed to add years of experience or not and don't claim points for it (depends if you will be crossing a 5 year or 8 year mark of experience, otherwise).

My case naman po, i got 7 years work experience in total, but VETASSESS substract 2 years of my work experience, so now, I only got 4.5 years na kasama yung current employer and occupation ko. Need ko pa ng 4 mos to obtained 5 years. Kung aalis ako, need paba e pa assess kay VETASSESS yung lilipatan ko in case? nasasayang kasi ako sa sahod like 50% increase kasi.

What if same work place, same job description pero promoted as a senior po like Engineer I to Engineer II? No need naman po ipa re-assess no? Thanks po.

Based on my understanding, no need if level change lang and no change in responsibilities.

Open po ba and NSW ngayon for Visa 190? and any idea of our chances?

There is no need to do that. As long as tasks are the same, you can confirm claim

hello po, seeking answers po about sa EOI, hiwa hiwalay po ba sinubmit ninyo na eoi per state at per subclass for example interested po ako sa 5 states bale may 5 po kayo na sinubmit na eoi? meron po kayong 5 na EOI ID? and per subclass example sa NSW po 3 po bang account uli need para separate EOI sa 189, 190 at 491? parang magiging 15 EOI po? or pwede pagsamahin na icheck po lahat ung 189, 190 at 491 para 5 lang po ung submitted na EOI? Most States require that you only select them in your EOI, which is why applicants file multiple ones. From what I understand you can select both 190 and 491 in one EOI. 189 is separate if I'm not mistaken, since it's Independent visa it won't ask you to select a State.

Not all states would entertain EOI’s with 190 and 491 as preference. Need to be just one preference….be careful

Hi, yes im doing this now dahil ayoko ma stuck up sa current employer. And I want to have my own visa to be flexible sa work/employer.

Lodged visa application last Jun2023, EOI/ROI last March2023

Waiting for grant now. Once granted, then I will apply to another employer since I have my own visa na.

Never mentioned the 190 visa to my current employer ofc XD
