No. You need minimum IELTS (or other equivalent english test) score of 6 across all 4 components.

Hello. In case of mag expire na ung medicals dahil wala pang grant, repeat medical exam ba talaga or "renewal-reupload" lang from the clinic? haha. May naka experience na ba ma grant lagpas ng 1 year from medicals and had to repeat it.

'Di ako super maalam dito, pero ang alam ko if mag-expire you will need to wait for the assigned CO to either request renewal or, in some cases, grant ka pa rin agad with expired medicals. May ganun akong case na nakita sa mga FB groups recently!

Question po:

Who should be the primary and dependent applicant? (Same naman po ung points namen for Visa 189 | 190)
Telecomm. Network Engineer (?)

Just to double check po, sa NSW lang po ang may unique requirement po regarding claiming of employment points? Sa VIC and SA po, we can claim points starting the date our assessing bodies deemed as skilled po on our occupation?
Naiinvite pa rin po ba kahit nag stop mag work sa assessed occupation?

Both should be valid at the time of invitation. Pwede sya mag expire kahit di ka pa granted.

Oo, tama ka. Hindi kailangang isubmit agad, pero maaaring itanong ng CO mo sa mga susunod na yugto ng application, tulad ng medicals at police clearance, depende sa validity period.

That’s correct. We instruct our clients to do it once case officer requests it.

Is it not a good practice to frontload medicals, bio and PCC right after lodgment ng 190 understood po na medicals are valid for only 1 year , while PCC depends sa country na napagkuhanan, like if it is from Dubai is only valid for 3 months.

May experience po ba dito na naapprove ang visa na expired na ang medicals?

From what i saw ,if the department’s processing of your visa took longer than the average times they consider your medicals /PCC valid up to 18 months.

Case officer will ask to redo the clearances
