Question po re:Bridging visa A.

I have TSS 482 now and have visa 190 in progress by DHA. They sent email for a bridging visa A since in progress si 190.

I'm planning to apply to another work (different employer), as early as now. (I know it's risky considering the no decision pa sa 190 visa.)

Tama po ba intindi ko?

a. If mag accept ako ng another work/resign sa 482 employer ko, ma-cancel ung TSS 482 ko, then automatic bang maging active yung Bridging Visa A ko?

b. It said 'no conditions' so i can work with any employer naman under BVA?

not sure if this answers my question:

"Cancelling your current visa will not bring your bridging visa into effect. This will cancel your bridging visa and you will be in Australia unlawfully."

DOes it mean I have to wait for my 190 to be granted, and no option to pre-terminate 482? Thank you!

You need to transfer your nomination to another employer. If not mistaken, if your 482 visa is cancelled it will be BVC.

Sa EOI need po ba exact na withing 10 years lang yung employment record na ilalagay?

Sa case ko kasi meron ako employment record nung 2012 then nag.resign ako ng 2014. Pwedi ko pa rin po ba ito ilagay sa employment record?

nilagay ko lahat ng nilagay ko sa acs. tapos declared as not related after yung deemed date sa result

Thank you po, akala ko po kasi same din to sa victoria na need ng roi after mag submit ng eoi.

san po ilalagay yung ibang work na hndi po sinama sa ACS pero part sya ng 10 years employment record?

question lang po sa pag fill-up ng EOI. what if 2 po yung naging position during tenure sa employment anu po ilalagay na position? need ba 2 beses mag key-in sa iisang company? Salamat po sa sasagot

Ang nilagay namin is kung ano ung latest/recent position. For example sa case ko Software Engineer then na promote to Senior Software Engineer, sa EOI we submitted as Senior Software Engineer but the start date is the same from when I started as junior sa company, so 1 entry per company lang.

Others are following what they have in their assessment result.

Good day everyone, ask ko lng dito kasi sa start date ng education hindi ko na maalala kung kelan nag start ang klase, any idea/tips kung anu pde ko ilagay dito? ok lang kaya kahit hulaan ko lng? sure naman ako month of june nagstart pero no idea sa specific date

Lagay mo lang yung closest date na think mo nagstart educ mo. Hindi yan ganun ka big deal.

hello, what i did is I referred to the admission date, indicated on my TOR, as my “DATE FROM” 🙂

salamat po sa response, meron po uli ako isa pang concern, will it matter ba kung ilagay ko ito kahit nassess sya na not suitable by my assessing body?

magpapasa kasi ako ng ROI sa SA ,may ganitong option

related kasi tlga sya sa nominated occupation ko di na lang ako nag contest sa assessor.

maging issue kaya ito or mas magandang i-mark as not related ko nlng?
