Hello po, doon po sa Employment part sa EOI, yung skilled date lang po na na-provide ni Assessing authority in my case (ACS) yung ilalagay ko na employment history?

The following employment after 26 October 2021 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately

skilled level and relevant to ANZSCO Code.

Tapos sa date from po ay yung the day next to that date? Tama po kaya ito?

So ilagay pa rin po pero mark as "No" if not claiming points for that specific period of employment.

In my case meron ako employment na 7 years pero in the middle nun yung deemed skilled date, so pinutol ko into two periods, isang part claiming for points and isa naman hindi.

Yes, create one for each subclass/state.

Previously I created 3 EOIs

One for 189

One for 190 NSW

One for 190 VIC + ROI

Don't combine EOIs, it won't be selected

There are few post i saw na ganito din , but don’t be quick to click the link. Ignore mo na lang.
Doesn’t look suspicious to me. I receive frequent emails like this. It usually means change of points. There should be a letter on the EOI account. If not comfortable to click the link, can easily log on to EOI account to check the letter. Hope that helps.

Pero plan nya iinclude his de facto partner or gf in the application as migrating member. Ok lang ba yun ganon or over claiming of points?

kc kapag de facto pinili nya wala naman syang 10 points talaga.

She’s not at all single. What makes you think that she is?

Hmm di ba dapat de facto yung dineclare nya sa EOI? O baka naman you meant subsequent entrant after mag-lodge and ma-approve yung visa? Pero parang de facto talaga dapat eh.

That’s overclaiming points. Initially she’ll be given an opportunity to justify the points she claimed but since she can’t justify what she’s done I would expect that’s trouble in the making for her…likely a refusal... If she comes to me for advice I would say safer to withdraw the application to avoid refusal recorded on her profile.

regarding sa mga may spouse/ de facto partner, would it be possible to attach some documents lang muna for the spouse requirements para makapaglodge nang mas maaga. tas mag add na lang pag may iba na nakalap na requirements after ma-lodge at magbayad ng visa fee?
wala pa po akong 1 year sa current work country (usual country of residence) ko ngayon pero pinag aattach na rin po ako ng PCC sa country kung san ako naka-base. huhu akala ko di na need pag less than a year ☹️

PCC i do think since is your country of residence atm, they will ask you to provide pa din to clear character requirements.Mabilis na lang yan.
