Paano po kaya kung, hindi na po makuha yung mga payslip at nagclose na po yung payroll account ano po kaya yung pwedeng isubmit? Then after po kasi ng 5 yrs employment ko, nag self employed na po kasi ako as geodetic engineer ano po kaya ang mga docs needed para doon. Salamat po.

I have a question po, pano kung 190 visa holder ako pero magcchange career ako at diko pa nassatisfy ung 2yrs na to work and live sa state na un.. ok lang po ba un? Tapos sa 190 visa kasi, may nakalagay na to work and to live, what if after 1yr di muna ako magwork pero nasa same state lang ako.. Ok lang po yan? Thanks po sa sasagot.

Hello, one question when lodging for visa application sa DOHA website. In my scenario kasi, 3 kami sa family pero 2 lang kami na iinclude ko sa application. Pero as a non-migrating member of the family, dineclare ko yung isa. Sa document upload section, andun yung name ng non-migrating member of the family pero walang documents na needed. Is this normal?

Newbie here po. Nasa planning stage pa po kami and gathering of docs. We talked to a migration agent and medyo na confused po ako. Ito po yung situation namin.

My profile: 33F, network engineer

12yrs exp, all related to network

Degree; Management

My husband: 36M, security engineer

13yrs, 7 yrs related to telco network engineer

13yrs, all related po sa ICT support Engineer

Degree: ECE

Initially po we are looking to make my husband as main applicant since meron po syang malaking chance to be assesses via EA instead of ACS. Ako kasi ACS lang talaga. Kaso ang sabi po dapat pareho kami na sa ACS to claim partner points and they are suggesting for ICT Support Engineer. Kaso what I worry is since ako most likely via RPL na, if he will also go thru ACS baka 2 na kami mag RPL since ECE is not an IT course and high chance no not closely related ang assessment.

Any thoughts and suggestion po?

Alam ko okay lang na magkaiba ng occupation basta parehas kayo ng List. Dapat both na MLTSSL kung magpapasa kayo for 189. Sa 190, dapat at least STSOL.

SKILL SELECT UPDATED MY EOI’s YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Good day po! I submitted EOI last Jan 2025. Then just today, SS emailed and updated my EOI wherein my working years of experience from 15 pts (greater than 8 years) to 10 pts (greater than 5 years but less than 8 years).

1) Has anyone here experienced the same case before?

For background, my VETASSESS as of July 2023 has a total of ₉ years sa nominated occupation. Kaya by now, nag increase pa po years of experience ko. I updated my EOI nalang rin to reflect up to my present job in the same occupation even if VETASSESS result doesn’t reflect it.

2) Is the above updating of EOI work experience but not same with VA advisable po? Maco consider pa rin po ba yung additional work years ko?

Not always the case. MLTSSL can claim partner points if partner’s occupation is on STSOL but STSOL cannot claim points on partner’s 189 EOI.

Sa 189 wala naman yatang choices na for states. Kung tama alala ko, isa lang EOI ko for 189 nun. Independent naman kasi yan.

Yung sa 190 and 491 yung advisable gumawa ng EOI per state. Ganyan ginawa ko lalo na for NSW, maski 491 then 190 pinaghiwalay ko sila. Yung 190 ko yung nainvite. Nung una, naka "Any" ako kasi nakakatamad di ba tapos ayun waley haha. Eventually nainvite din. I suggest gumawa ka ng tracker ng EOIs mo pag submitted na, for your benefit din. Para alam mo ano na yung mageexpire, for what state ganyan ganyan.

Just make sure makapagsend ka din ng ROI (if needed). Please visit the state's page for accurate details. So kelangan yung ROI mo, for example sa VIC, yung gagamitin mo na EOI number is yung pang VIC din. Goodluck

That’s what I recommend - do multiple EOI’s for 190 and 491. That’s what we do for all our clients. It’s a tedious process but not doing so feels like a disservice to my clients. Apart from it being a tedious process, you’ll also need to be familiar with each state’s requirements when it comes to logging EOI’s for their states. On top of it all, these requirements/processes can change any time so you’ll also need to be on top of it. EOI isn’t just about lodging, you’ll need to be strategic with doing this. Hope that helps.

Ask ko lang po, sa mga 190 visa holders po, required po ba talaga na tumira po sa nominating state for 2 yrs po? May naka try na po ba sa inyo na ang first entry po ay sa ibang state agad, from overseas, tapos doon na po ibang state mag work at tumira? Salamat po!
