Hello po. If husband ko ang main applicant, kelangan ko ba din mag IELTS, medical, and pcc? Or xa lng?

Another question po, ok lang ba mag IELTS in advance before mkuha ang ACS results? And sa IELTS online registration, kelangan ba "Send IELTS result to other institutions?"

in your grant letter, meron dun instruction on how to change information...

may fill-up na form.... then send email to your case officer..

but to be sure, kailangan dala mo both ang passport mo sa pagtravel..

para makita sa airport immigration ung old passport mo (in case hanapin)

Ask po sana ako about the medical, dpat ba click ang link na "Organizse Health Requirements" para maka register sa online system? Or pwede na lng tawagan ang panel clinic at bigay ang HRI number and fill up ang form 160 and form 26? Nag blank ang page kasi after ko click ng organize health requirements, so dont know what to do. Thanks po.

you will keep the original.
and submit the CTCed photocopy

check specific requirements of your assessing agency..

Thanks lockcode - really appreciate it. I've been reading the requirements the past few days and I didn't see anything about red-ribbon. The reason I asked is because a friend who migrated there a few years back told me she got her TOR and Diploma red-ribboned, which I heard takes a while (added to the fact that I'm currently not in the Philippines).

I've already contacted my previous employers to request for COEs so these documents are already progressing. The harder part is updating my CV which will be assessed by ACS! I need to start cracking on that!

I'm planning to apply for a state sponsored visa (in Victoria as my family is in Melbourne). If approved, this doesn't necessarily require me to stay in the woodlands or rural areas of Victoria correct? Sayang din ang 5 points! hahaha.

Mag aaral po ako sa OZ only for 1 year this July, ask q lang po kung habang ongoing yung studies ko sa OZ ay pde din po ba akong mag apply/log ng EOI for 189/190 visa?

Hindi po ba i-aaproved yung 189/190 visa hangat dpa tapos yung studies ko?

55 if visa 189. So no choice ako. Will go for 190 na.

6.2 Occupations listed as “Special Conditions Apply” are limited to applicants who are recent South Australian international graduates, who studied at a South Australian institution and where this study meets the DIAC Australian study requirement. If any of the applicant’s studies were undertaken outside of South Australia, a minimum of 50% of their qualification must have been completed in South Australia.

Hi guys!!!! I'm paying forward all the advices that I got from this forum.

A million thanks to sir lockcode and sir psychoboy... Thank you for your inputs. I just want to share my good news.

Just this afternoon, I received the best news ever. My application for Permanent Resident VIsa Subclass 189 was approved my CO Team 33 Brisbane.

Here is my timeline:

September 2011 : Approved assessment of documents by APC

November 2011: IELTS exam (result W: 7.0 S: 7.0 R: 8.5 L: 8.5 OBS: 8.0)

March 2012: Took APC Stage 1 exam

May 2012: Passed APC Stage 1 exam

December 2012: Applied for Skillselect

January 2012: Received Invitation for Subclass 189 (60 points)

March 2013: Lodged Application

April 2013: Received notification to submit other documentation for proof

May 2013: Submitted all required documents

May 10 2013: Received email that my VISA was granted

I was a bit apprehensive at first to file my application since medyo naguguluhan ako sa ibig sabihin ng "experience in closely related occupation". Kasi lahat ng experience ko ay as an Industrial Pharmacist but my nominated occupation is retail pharmacist. However, wala naman palang kaso to sa DIAC since nasa umbrella or same ANZSCO group ang industrial pharmacist and retail pharmacist so "closely related " sila. I took the gamble and it all paid off.
