i think nakalagay naman sa statement nila.. "Generally, newly arrived migrants are required to serve a waiting period of two years.. may word na generally.. as long as ma-meet mo ang mga criteria.. </blockquote>

Just sharing our experience... When we came to WA AUD15K ang dala namin pero may work na ako dito noon kasi I first came as 457 holder then process ng visa while here, sinundo ko lang mag iina ko after grant ng PR visa namin (mahirap pala malayo :-) ) anyway, we stayed in a small town in the outback along the coast kasi naghuhukay ako ng lupa for a living and our average monthly expenses e around AUD3K a month after namin maestablish dito which took around 2-3 months. We didn't have family here or friends na established na so I gues if you have those before you come here, you will be settled sooner. Two po kids namin, 1.5y/o and 4 y/o so medyo magastos sa diapers

question dun sa mga experience nyo pagdating sa Sydney, kase wala pa work pagdating..ano yun mga requirements/need bayaran sa rent? like usually ilan weeks yun deposit/bond/advance? nagtitingin ako sa GumTree usually preferred nila working na 🙁

safe ba yun 2k/month for a couple sa Sydney? pero ano yun mga initial expenses na kelangan din namin i take into consideration baka magulat kami dyan 6k for 3 months na baon yun pala may hindi kami naisama sa computation as initial expenses 😃 TIA

doable ba yun 250/week na room for a couple sa Sydney (may kakilala kami sa Jannali(?)) so malapit dun kami hahanap if in case pede nila kami tawagin for nanny work hehehehe
