<blockquote rel="lock_code2004">So eto ang naresearch ko, if I read the requirements of these two benefits, walang nakalagay na residency requirements... but of course my mga other criteria, and these are income-tested.. so kung hindi nagwork ang isa, at kalilipat pa lang sa AU, malamang pasado nga sa income test..
These 2 types ng benefits na pwede ang new migrants na walang residency requirements..
<u><b>1) RENT ASSISTANCE -</b></u>
- $141.82 (max payment per fortnight) for Couple, one or two children (if your fortnightly rent is more than $398.39)
http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/centrelink/rent-assistance
<u><b>2) FAMILY TAX BENEFIT</b></u>
- $169.68 per child (ages 0-9), $220.64 per child (ages 13-15). $220.64 (secondary student 16-19)
http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/centrelink/family-tax-benefit-part-a-part-b
<i>"<b><i>Generally</i></b>, newly arrived migrants are required to serve a waiting period of two years</i>.. may word na generally.. as long as ma-meet mo ang mga criteria.. </blockquote>
thanks for this information @lock_code2004!
