Thanks...have a lot of mistakes in using this forum....I think I am not meant to be in this forum....Hindi ko naman nga kelangang pumasok dito..Gusto lang namin talagang makatulong. :-)

Sa iba, be positive lang po tayo...ang understanding ko sa forum na ito, everyone wants to be enlighten and hindi mang insulto...Kung nakainsulto pasensya na...alam ko lahat ng nadito sa forum ay professional, therefore hindi kelangan ng lecture about sa kung paano magcompute ng months at weeks, kundi ang pinag-uusapan natin ay yung situation dito sa Australia at kaya po nagpost ako ng ganun....

since nandun na tayo sa pagkakaiba ng months sa weeks, pag bayaran ba ng house/units dito sa aus walang specified na date (ex. every 5th of the month) unlike sa pinas? sorry kung medyo OT na nacurious lang..

@hanzyboy.. It will depend on the start day of ur lease.. for example, nag sign ka ng contract of lease den na indicate dun na start of lease m is april 6, 2013 den mode of payment m is weekly so after a week nun byad ka kaagad. If by april 6 hndi m pa tinirhan ung bhay, my byad pa rin un..

ok naman...tahimik. technically, under Liverpool council tong suburb na tinitirhan namin pero ang nearest train station sa amin ay Holsworthy. yeah, around 45 mins ang train journey from Holsworthy station to Circular Quay where she works. eto yung train line na dumadaan din ng airport. 🙂

@hotshot @icebreaker1928 ask naman ako ng ideas sa inyo kung san maganda humanap ng suburb na marentahan ng bahay. Yung mga 30-40 mins away from CBD tapos mura lang yung tipong $300/wk max na maayos na matitirhan. 🙂

Tumitingin tingin na din ako pero so far liverpool and blackstown lang yung mga medyo maayos at kaya ng budget.

@hanzyboy just pay every week from ur starting or first pay. but like me nag advance payment ako 1 week ata as er contract and then i just asked the agent if ok I pay every thurs of the week. And ok naman.

kasi sweldo is evry weds. Per forthnight so at least i am sure may pera ung account ko. Kasi i do not keep my money in 1 account cause ung everyday account attached sa eftpos then ang eftpos dito may pay wave ung bili ka sa store as long as below 50 aud pwding wlang pin.. So not very safe.

So just pick a day of the week to pay. Automatic debit kasi yan eh so you dont have to pay manually.. Diretso kuha sa bank account mu. Only thing is you need to make sure lng may pera ung account.

@RuChe almost all naman ang pumunta sa Australia without any job... just have to prep yourself! 🙂

think of your kids future ....

siguro kung inisip ko yang mga bagay na yan nung nag aapply kami dito baka po lumaki ang anak namin na ang nanay e yung katulong ... kasi inde na kami nagkikita e tuwing weekend lang .. at siguro po e kung magtrabaho kami e till 6am in the morning till 8pm sa traffic

Tama kayo dyan. Kaya wait ko muna reply ni TasBurrfoot sa kabilang thread kung pano ba yung mga short courses na yan. Need to exhaust all possibilities. Sobrang tight ng schedule before our IED. Good thing I stumbled upon this forum. This is super helpful. Everyone is happy to help and share their ideas and experiences. 🙂

kung sanay po tayo ng hirap sa pinas e mas kakayanin nyo ang hirap dito .. dahil dito kahit inde kayo makahanap ng trabaho e tutulungan po kayo ng gobyerno ... wag lang po muna maging mapili sa trabaho ... maski po sorter sa mga grocery store e kayang kaya bumili ng kotse dito at bahay ...

meron nga po kaming kapitbahay dito ( ibang lahi ) ... 3 po ang anak walang trabaho nagbabayad ng kulang kulang 350 a week na renta ( base po sa renta ng ibang tao sa flat ) .. pinag aaral pa yung tatlong anak .. sa tingin nyo po e paano na bubuhay ? mag isa lang po sya wala yung tatay ... e tayo pa kayang skilled ?
