Yung 65 pts po ba ay regardless kung ano nominated skills mo? Accounting student po ako dito sa Sydney. Done studying Bachelor and nakapag 485 visa na po ako.. now studying again MPA, and enrolment na naman po.. di ko na po kaya magbayad pa ng isa pang semester.. currently at 50pts ako.. natigil ulit ako magpraktis ng PTE

@hannahmi After you get the approval you will fill another from from the NT and submit the proof of funds

thank you @archbunki nag try ako mag submit ng online application, may portion kasi dun to upload evidence of financial capacity / net assets, ok lang kaya mag lagay lang muna ng declaration then later na yung proof, kailangan ko pa rin kasi umuwi Pinas para makakuha ng bank statements if efer. Worry ko lang baka I reject yung application pag nakita na declaration lang at wala pa evidence. Sa isang banda, free lang naman ang application kaya wala namang mawawala kung I try.

@hannahmi, cannot really tell if there will be no issue pag submit ka ng declaration. I see baka bago na ang process ngaun, kasi during my time upon state sponsorship approval ako hinging ng funds. only need to show 1 month lang sa statement ko that i had that fund.

baka iba na ngaun, maybe other can give in information.

For me safe to submit with the actual statement rather than declaration. I also waited to get my bank statement so medyo na delay ng unti submission ko ng almost two months. my 2 cents is always submit complete.

Good day po sa lahat!

Matagal narin po akong member ng PinoyAU forum. But, basa-basa lang po ako madalas.

After many years po, i decided na ipush kuna ang plan to migrate.

Based po sa nabasa ko sa AU Government web site, NT and Tazmania ang willing to accept more applications. Since yung skills ko po ay available sa NT, dito po ako magfocus (as Project Coordinator/

Admin).

Some of my duties ay aligned din po as Construction Manager, itry ko po mag apply under dun. Ok lang po ba yun? As they say, target the moon at kung ma miss man ako I will land among the stars.

2012 pa po nag simula ang dream ko to migrate to AU but due to IELTS issues nadelay ng nadelay or nawawalan ako ng motivation every time di ko na-meet target band scores ko. Naka 3rd take na po ako. But I will never give up. Plan ko magtake uli this year under PTE.

I will continue to update you about my journey.

By the way my agency po ako. Mostly kasi na-aassign ako sa middle east, oil & gas plant construction projects kaya need ko ng agency to remind & guide me related to my application.

@ysabelle maganda dito relaks lang. Ano ang opal haha. Sa train ba yan. Bus dito e. May card din sila. Accessible ang public transport dito. Nun una di ko alam na pede mag bus. Naglalakad ako within the city. Pero walking distance lang naman kaya ok lang. Mainit nga lang nun dumating kmi. May mga graduate visa ako ka opisina after 6 months aapply na sya ng 489 or 190.

Opal is Bus/Train/Ferry/Light Rail card. Baka iba ang tawag sa inyo. Saan po kayo sa Darwin and can you suggest a suburb na maganda?

@ysabelle nasa city mismo kami para malapit sa school at office. School ng mga bata walking distance lng. Office is 5 minutes bus.

@batman paano po ba pinakamabisang mag apply ng work sa NT? Nasa Sydney kami pamilya ngayon pero nag iisip ako or si husband na magpunta dyan para maghanap ng work. Over 45 yrs old na kasi kami at yung NT DAMA na lang ang option namin to become PR. Alang alang sa mga anak namin.... Pa advise naman po brod kung advisable to go there and find a job or apply apply na muna from Sydney and then pag may nag respond saka lumipad dyan.

Hello, mag apply pa lang po ako for NT sponsorship, for the proof of financial capacity how do I show it in AUD? May template po ba for this or kelangan magpa gawa sa bank tapos convert sa AUD? Thanks in advance! 🙂

@kenzie just use the exchange rate on the date you do the proof of funds summary, example on June 1. Total funds x exchange rate. Screenshot mo online rate during that date.

Follow up question po (sorry mga basic question ko), if i present yung house and lot sa proof of financial capacity, aside from the title ano required doc nila to check the value/amount of the property?
