Hello there, new here and planning on migrating to AU with my family as a skilled migrant.

My current job title is Performance Manager - dealing mostly with key operations KPIs and supporting operations with daily performance. Can anyone advise what's the best or closest occupation na can match this with the current list of occupations?

@loirabang12 Hi. Are your functions more closely related to HR? Or if its more of corporate operations, pls check corporate services manager anzsco code if the description fits your current job.

I did Business Performance Analysis, forecasting, Analysis and Reporting etc. and I came here in Australia under ANZSCO 224999 Information and Organisation Professionals nec..Its only available in South Australia meaning you need state sponsorship. Unfortunately its now listed under Supplementary skills list. You can only apply for a 489 visa amd should have any of yhe following : 1. An international Graduate of SA. 2. Worked in SA on skilled occupation for at least 12 mos. 3. Have relatives in SA living at least 12 mos and are permanent resident/Australian citizen 4. Have high points (currently 90 points including state sponsorship)

Hello fgs thanks for the info. I did check just now corporate services manager and i believe it fits the bill. Its available for nomination by SA din, which is good.

That was 4 years ago..invitation depends on approval of state sponsorship..once the state sponsorship is approved, an invitation to apply for visa is automatically sent. My visa was approved 2 mos after lodgment.

@loirabang12 NT and SA are open. With SA, special conditions apply. You need to have at least 85 points.

Thanks for the information, Adelaide is one of my targets so I'm browsing the recent changes of occupations that they sponsor. Having some set-backs with occupations having "specialist -nec" in the description, as the details are too vague.

I've been in the business performance analysis role as manager for the past 3 years and have the same profile for almost 8 years na, would you or anyone here know if the occupation "139999 Specialist Managers nec" a possible match? Research is ongoing for now, but any help or advise is greatly appreciated!!

I guess your occupation is more on Business and doesnt fit under specialist managers...try to google ANZSCO 139999 to check some of the occupations under this category

I just put whats on my job description...Provide technical advice and consultancy in areas of sales information system management. Provide critical information linkages between sales and marketing services to ensure information synergy in areas if sales and marketing information system management. Provide cross functional linkage bet sales, finance logistics hr and IT in serving the different and varied req of the sales function
