hello guys... I have diabetes type 2 which is controlled ko naman and hindi na tumaas blood sugar level ko ever since na diagnose ako noong 2007. Metformin ang daily medication which is low dose lang.

against sa advice ng iba. naging honest ako and lahat to sinabi ko sa panel doctor sa medical examination ko kasi ayaw ko din mag sinungaling na clear ang medical history ko. do you have an idea kng pwdeng maka affect ito sa visa application ko of visa subclass 390? thanks guys. hoping for good news for all of us...

Lodged partner visa 309 online on march 18/ 2015. Do you know after how long I'll get a case officer?

@grai1102 sis check mo lang sa website ng immi. They regularly update the processing times. as of march 02 2015 theyre processing/allocating/assessing partner visa applications that were lodged on or before january 9.

@poinsettia9 hi sis... ask ako ulit about online application. naghintay pa ba si husband mo ng CO before nag request ng NSO docs? TRN number ba ung sasabhin ko sa NSO? thank u sis

@joy_j Yes hinintay pa namin kasi kelangan derecho sa immigration at naka quote yung name ng CO

Hello sisses!

I got my subclass 309 visa last week so right now am looking at the pre-departure requirements. I have some questions though, would appreciate any info on this -

Do I have to register at the CFO even though I got a provisional/temporary visa, not the permanent (subclass 100) one?
Do I have to attend the seminar/guidance counselling by the CFO even though my partner is not a foreign national/former citizen? My husband has a Skilled Migrant PR visa.
What else do I need to accomplish before leaving for Australia?

Thank you in advance for any help! Lost na lost na ako eh, can't seem to find relevant info in the CFO webpage.

PS. I got my visa 9 months and 2 weeks after lodging the application. I think that time frame is the norm now.. Nakakastress talaga mag antay pero hang in there! Darating din yan 🙂

@petunia I have the same question. PR din hubby ko got our PV 309 last march 19 and I don't know if I still need to attend the seminar. Waiting for response as well. Any help sis @poinsettia @jacdang hehe

Sis ung sa cfo required daw un.. Ako tapos na nag seminar last year before lodging my application.. Then after daw makuha ang visa balik ka dun sa pinagseminaran mo para tatakan ung passport mo..

@petunia 309 din ang nilodge kong visa dati. Eto ang sagot ko sa questions mo.

Yes you need to attend kase migrant visa ang 309. Kaya lang naman provisional yan kase mapapalitan din naman yan ng permanent kapag nasa australia ka na. Magaantay ka lang normally two years from the time na naglodge ka ng application mo pero in some cases one year lang pwede na depende sa circumstances 🙂
Noong nagapply ako, Filipino din husband ko so yung pag attend ko lang ng pdos enough na.
Pdos lang naman ang kelangan oh and just make sure na beyond 6 mos ang validity ng passport mo before travelling kase baka hindi ka nila payagan magpdos kung less than 6 mos eh mageexpire na passport mo.

Hindi naman yata sila nagbago ng rules diba?so hopefully eh applicable pa din yan 🙂

Hi mga sises! I have major problem on form 888 statutory declaration, yung to attest that your relationship with your husband is genuine. I just noticed last night na walang attachments like passport or birth certificate sa mga friends ng husband ko to prove that they are australian citizens. I am so worry right now. Anyway my CO haven't email me or mentioned about it.

Is that a big concern to consider in granting the visa? My husband did tell me not to worry coz we put their contact numbers on the forms and if the CO is having doubts, she just can easily call them.

But im still worry. 🙁(

Hi po. Ask ko lng if pede po mgapply n dto ng pr visa for my hudband. Hnd b cya iququestion s immigration if TV muna cya den dto n mgapply for PR? Any suggestion po?

hi! magtatanong lang ako, hindi ko kasi ma search sa mga immiration faqs, what if pg ka approve ng PR ko via visa 190 ay ikakasal ako sa australian citizen? ano magiging visa ko nun, retain pa din un PR status ko? what if mgkaiba kami ng territory? kasi ang condition ng visa 190 state nomination, dapat mg stay ka ng minimum 2yrs sa territory na un, pwede na ba ako makalipat immediately ng territory kung nsaan un australian citizen na magiging asawa ko? thanks
