@chachi24 actually ganun din po ginawa ko para isang punta nalang sa CFO manila basta dalhin mo visa grant mo sa CFO para bigyan ka nila ng sticker...and im just waiting for my flight nalang ngyon... goodluck po...magragrant din po yan. =D

@shela_79_02 seminar po yun, at opo lahat po yata my interview...one on one interview po yun kasama po yun sa oras ng seminar,,regarding lang po yun sa finill-up-pan nyo po form sa kanila. =)

hi guys for additional info, i just lodged my application last september 30, VFS told me that they will not issue visa sticker anymore. once visa is approved, embassy will send you the visa via email.

and just want to ask as well, whats the eta before the visa gets approved?

married na po kmi and he's australian citizen by birth.

ive never gone to his australia but i believe i have provided all the necessary documents that i could give to support my application.

Welcome, waiting periods for 309 approvals are at the advised 9-12 months.

The VFS is talking about the visa Label which has been discontinued. The CFO sticker is a Phil requirement.

Hi Violet, my wife's 309visa app hit 41 weeks on Wednesday, and our Family Sponsored Visitor Visa hit 9 weeks today.

Chances are the 9-12 months may get longer, rather than shorter.

No Violet, neither are approved yet.

Only saving grace, is we were married more than 3 years, prior to applying, so she will get 309/100 PR approval at same time, so no 2nd stage wait.

Thought we would have got a TV by now, but not this week, so next week is start of 10th week.

Hi all,

Violet, no they process as a 309, and take around 10months, the fact she will get 100 immediately after should not mean it takes longer. There isn't any more processing, it is automatic as a matter of policy, as we had been married over 3 years at time of application.

Rhycka, it doesn't take any longer if you have children included in the application, as long as they were included in the beginning, and there are no delays because of custody issues with other parent.

Chinorn, 300 an 309 are meant to be same, but we do see 300 being done quicker.

Unfortunately, other countries embassy's all have different processing periods, some quicker some a lot longer.

I am estimating mine will be Tuesday 27th October. Why?, coz this is the sort of crap you do when waiting.
